Catholics4LIFE Updates The Wisconsin Department of Health reports that the ABORTION RATE IN MILWAUKEE HAS DECLINED 23% SINCE Women s Care Center OPENED ON FARWELL. This is more than double the decline for the rest of the state. Milwaukee is now at the lowest abortion rate in the 18 years tracked by the Department of Health. Although many pro-life efforts helped make this possible, our outreach directly across the street from the largest abortion clinic in the state is really making a difference. One of every three women who come to us on Farwell is thinking about abortion. Nearly all make the choice for life instead.
