Intuition Development Basics
Core Exercises In the next pages you will find an outline of core exercises and a mediation that you can do to start developing your intuition as well as opening up your third eye. Exercise One: Ground and Shield Practice: Start a daily practice of Grounding and Shielding; you can choose to follow along with me in the video - as additional chakras are covered or you can use the Ground and Shield audio guide available. Take note of if you re affected as much by toxic people, environments or situations. Exercise Two: Open The Third Eye Meditation: Start practicing this meditation on ideally a daily basis, but at least several times a week. Take note to see if you are becoming more aware of your surroundings, more mindful and more insightful, especially with your feelings and the true feelings of others.
Core Exercises Exercise Three: Key and Ring Test: Try for yourself the fun exercises that I go over in the video lesson. *Remember, no right or wrong here; you re just strengthening your muscles and activating your intuition by reading energy. Exercise Four: Automatic Writing: After Grounding and Shielding and the Open Third Eye Meditation, you will now quiet your mind and then sit down with a pen and piece of paper. Think about something you d like guidance on, then soften your hand and just allow it to write, as though it were separate from your mind. You ll find that with repeated practice this becomes easier. You can ask out loud before you start to write: What Do I Need to Know or Be Aware of Right Now?
Alternative Exercise Alternative Third Eye Opening Technique: If you re having a problem with the visualization, you can try this simple exercise: Get Comfortable Start by choosing a quiet place to sit and relax for a few minutes. Breathe the proper way Close your eyes and take some deep breaths. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Many people make the mistake of breathing too shallow from the chest when they begin. If you are new to meditating, I suggest that you place your hand on your stomach. When you breathe in, feel your stomach expand. This will ensure nice, deep breaths.
Alternative Exercise Begin the Clairvoyance Meditation In your mind, with your eyes closed, visualize the number 1. It doesn t matter the size or color of the number, just focus on seeing that number 1 in your mind. You might start to feel a tingling sensation in your forehead, in between your eyebrows. This is where the third eye chakra is located and the sensation is totally normal. Actually, it s a good sign of psychic awakening! If you don t feel anything, that s OK too. You may feel something once you ve practiced a bit.
Next Steps Can you see the number 1 in your mind? Great! Now try to hold the image in your mind for a few seconds. When you get comfortable with this process, move onto the number two, then three, etc., all the way to number 10. When you can close your eyes and easily see the numbers 110 in sequence, then you ve mastered this step. Congratulations!
Helpful Tips: If you re struggling to open your third eye, give this a try: Write down the number 1 on a piece of paper. Make it prominent. For example, write it large with a permanent marker, or jazz it up using a bright blue crayon. Now stare at the image for 10 30 seconds. Close your eyes and see if you can now visualize the image you were just staring at. Believe me, this little trick helps a lot. Keep practicing. Please note that you can choose just one of these exercises (outside of the Ground and Shield & Third Eye meditation, which MUST BE DONE) or have fun with them all. Eventually, you ll want to practice all of these exercises over the course of time and start to notice how much stronger you get BUT you should get into the habit of Grounding and Shielding prior to leaving your home as well as doing the Third Eye meditation, so that you can strengthen your gifts
