Middle School Welcome from Perrin Tribble Join us to begin the 2018-2019 Covenant Middle School season. Middle school is a time when many youth start establishing patterns they'll keep into adulthood, including practices that will form their lives of faith. With that in mind, we hope you'll encourage your youth to participate in Covenant's youth ministries. We're looking forward to an amazing year with you and your youth! At right, take a look at highlights from this past summer, including a week in the mountains, CROSS Missions experience and our MSY back-to-school party. Below, you will find helpful information regarding communications and upcoming events. How we'll stay in touch with you Registration Forms - It is important to us that your youth is safe and that we always know how to contact a parent in the case of an emergency. We need everyone to complete the online registration form found on the Covenant website under the "Youth" page. We will also need you to fill out the Medical and Liability Release forms found on the website. They must be printed out and physically turned in along with a copy of the front and back of the youth's health insurance card. These forms are required to participate in any offcampus event, retreat or trip. We need an updated form each year from your child/youth. After submitting these forms, your youth will be allowed to participate in all events and trips throughout the year!
