Confirmation completes Baptism and can be received only once. The Holy Spirit gives us the strength to go out and be a witness or disciple of Jesus Christ. The first part of the Confirmation rite is when the pastor presents/introduces the candidates to the Bishop. The Holy Spirit comes to you when the Bishop anoints you by tracing a sign of the cross on your forehead.
