In 2009, Enon established the Law Enforcement Awards Program. In October 2009, the Saints of Valor Martial Ministry hosted the first Annual Law Enforcement Awards Ceremony honoring law enforcement officials and outstanding citizens. The program and ceremony is designed to honor our Police Officers, Probation Officers, Parole Officers, Correctional Officers, Sheriff Officers, Judiciary and Extraordinary Citizens who have dedicated their lives to serving others and helping reduce crime in our communities through their involvement in youth programs, combating domestic violence or advocating against human trafficking. Recipients receive Awards from either the American Police Hall of Fame National Awards Program or the Saints of Valor Martial Ministry Awards Program. The award recipients are honored whether they are active in service, retired, or deceased. An award nominee/recipient does NOT have to be a member of Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church. We look forward to the opportunity to honor another group of deserving individuals for their dedication and sacrifice in the pursuit of justice, protection of the community, the development of young people and most importantly, uplifting of the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This year s honorees will receive their awards on Friday, May 15, 2015 at our Sixth Law Enforcement Ceremony at Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church, Family Life Center.
