PART Master Your Life with Glenn Harrold (March 26, 2013) Your real power lies within. We are all energetic beings, emitting energy all the time, and when we create a vibrational field of resonance that attracts good things (or not-sogood), that energy emission is available to everyone we come in contact with. When you make an effort to connect with Divine source, you become filled with heart-centered, nourishing energy and everything you do is congruent with Divine energy. By quieting the mind for 10 minutes every day, you can tap into Divine source energy and manifest your life exactly as you wish it to be simply because we have the ability to do or accomplish anything when we are in an intensely focused state. Even little things, like saying affirmations on your way to work every day, will build momentum and increase vibrations to change your life. When you repeat a mantra, every cell in your body resonates with that information and you are impacted at a deep level. The power to unleash your true potential is already within you and the Divine energy is always here to support you. Will you tap in? Below, write down 10 different affirmations/mantras that you can use over the next 10 days to tap into Divine source energy and begin manifesting your life as you want it. PART 2 Rejoice In Your Gifts with Sonia Choquette (March 28, 2013) Your expression of being you is your highest gift and the highest form of service you can offer this planet. Your biggest failure is when you feel you have to be something else. Give the gift of your spirit through the expression of your particular God-given gifts. Remember: No one gift is better than another. Even the disruption or annoyance of someone else is a great gift unto you because it causes us to go deeper. As an exponential statement of truth, say to yourself, I am so gifted. Fearlessly acknowledging and announcing your gifts is a great healing, not just for you, but for others. By doing so, you give others permission to come out of hiding and give voice to their divine beauty as well. Take a moment to appreciate the ways in which you and those around you are gifted by: 1. Partnering with someone and/or 2. Writing down at least 12 of your gifts below Partner exercise: Announce yourselves to each other as the way each of you are, using the term I AM with each gift. (Example: I AM thoughtful. I AM a great artist. I AM a loyal friend. ) Remember to share a MINIMUM of 12 of your gifts. (Each of us actually has 1,000!) Writing exercise: Make a list of at least 12 of your gifts. (Each of us actually has 1,000!) Announce yourself as the way you are, using the term I AM with each gift. (Example: I am thoughtful. I am a great artist. I am a loyal friend. ) Once you ve completed your list, read each one of your gifts aloud. 4

PART 3 Everyone Should Say No with John Assaraf (April 2, 2013) When you start doing more of what you love, less of what you tolerate and none of what you hate, the flow of everything opens up for you. Saying yes to everyone actually hinders you from being the best version of yourself. Know specifically what you want to trade your life for (i.e., health, wealth, business, career, relationships, charity) then work toward that everyday. By keeping a calendar and scheduling time and plans for doing what gives you meaning, you will quickly realize that you are proactively living your life to its fullest, leaving little time to say yes to as many people. Saying no actually helps you help yourself first so you can help more people on a deeper level along the way and not get sucked into saying yes to everyone all the time for everything. Saying yes to yourself is one of the ways to honor yourself and your own spiritual being. And, being selective with who you say yes to is an effective way to manage your time. What do you want to trade your life for? What gives you the most purpose and meaning? Remember: There s no right/wrong. Pick a time every day over the next week where you will commit to focusing on honoring you and those things that really give you meaning. Write it in a calendar, schedule it in your phone or add it to your desktop calendar. Don t overwhelm yourself. You can start small. 7
PART 4 Inner Smile with Lee Holden (April 4, 2013) Consciously smiling creates more positivity overall because smiling has an extremely powerful way of transforming energy. Studies have shown that the appearance of an uplifted feeling on the face sends messages to the body to relax, clear anxiety, recharge and infuse yourself with positive, healing light for internal balance, healing and transforming stress into vitality. Smiling, itself, is a wonderful meditation because it not only infuses you with positive, healing energies, but completely transforms our energy and that of those around us. If you have a meditative practice, using Inner Smile will increase the power of healing in your body. If you don t have a meditative practice, you can use Inner Smile as your preferred mediation. Inner Smile Guided Meditation Process: (Smile comes from between the eyes - the area of your third-eye chakra) Sit or lie down comfortably. Visualize a sunset with beaming rays and one particular golden ray shining on your face, between your eyes, lifting the corners of your mouth like Mona Lisa. Feel this life force energy and allow all the cells in your face to absorb this beautiful golden light. Turn this golden life force energy inward, washing through the mind and brain, clearing stress and tension. Then exhale while visualizing a puff of smoke going outward. Inhale golden light, smiling energy into every cell of your face, clearing old thoughts and exhaling cloudy grey energy gently through your mouth. Inhale golden light all the way to the back of your brain, down through the neck, passed the shoulders, down the spine and into your back. Clear out nervous system tension and exhale cloudy grey energy gently through your mouth. 8
Inner smile infuses self with joy and gratitude and connects with positive energy in this present moment. Smile in your heart center - your most tremendous energy/ qi source. Infusing your heart with qi cultivates self love, unconditional love, compassion, releasing stress, tension, trauma, old energy, and sick energy. Here, you create the space of new vitality, potential, and connect to core of self. Gratitude and compassion emerge very naturally. Feel it. Infuse your heart with golden light, pumping through your whole circulatory system, through your abdomen, hips, legs to feet. Let yourself be infused with golden smiling energy. Anywhere that you need it, the body starts to regulate and let go and open. Turn your attention to the part of your body that needs extra healing. Put awareness there and send golden smiling light into that area. Focus your attention on this area as you smile, giving positive, healing energy there. Embrace the lesson which this part of your body is trying to teach you. [Remember: Pain is just a messenger, telling us to make a change and shift life in a particular way. Use pain/discomfort as a wonderful guide to make changes in your life.] Now, take a long, slow, deep breath and smile into the whole body all at once, infusing it with golden light. If your heart was a sun and the rays of the heart were shining in every direction, fill yourself up with more light, getting stronger, integrated healing - harmonizing body, mind, spirit. Congratulations! You just activated your own healing energy through this brief Inner Smile meditation. 9
