UPCOMING EVENTS April 27/ 28 - Friday / Saturday Keller Fest - KC Parking Lot Attendees Needed We have at least two Knights per time slot except for the 5pm to 7pm Friday evening. We need 1 more at least. There is a concert Friday night, so we expect a large crowd. I would like to see 3 people per slot, so if you are able to fill in any extra spot, please do so. Below is the original email and here is the link to sign up: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0c49a5ae2caaf49-kellerfest In addition, Friday evening and Saturday evening we will stop collecting money starting at 9pm. The festival is open until 10pm, so we won't collect the last hour for those who are signed up for the late shift. We paid out charity payments for this year early because we had money to do it. GREAT JOB at raising money this past year to fullfill our first principle of Charity. We also raised enough money from Fish Fry to support our seminarians from that alone. HOWEVER, we have the opportunity to raise even MORE MONEY for our charities. As we mentioned in the last meeting and the newsletter, we are managing one of the parking lots for Keller Fest next weekend (April 27 and 28). We will be collecting $5 from each vehicle to park at the northeast corner of Johnson Rd. and Whitley. The BEST PART, all of the money is PURE PROFIT. We don't have to give a contribution to the festival. So the more we make, the more we can give to additional charities. Last year was cold and wet and hardly anyone attended Saturday. But we still made $2,000+. Next weekend looks nice, so imagine how much MONEY we can make. How are we going to do this? VOLUNTEERS. We need volunteers to make this successful. I have created a Signup Genius and the link is below. All you have to do is show up, either help collect money or direct people where to park. THAT'S IT. Nothing else. We hope to setup a grill and feed everyone as well and just hang out for some FRATERNITY.

I have setup 2 hour slots of time. Please select the times you can help. If you can stay for a few hours, select multiple slots. So please help where you can. May God's grace be with all those in their time of need. For an end to the scourge of abortion. For all those out of work or concerned about the future of their jobs. In thanksgiving for the leadership of our Bishops, Priests and Clergy in standing up for and teaching the Truth For our Country and its leaders - especially the "prochoice" Catholics that they see the truth. For the Christians around the world who are being persecuted and murdered because of their faith in Jesus Christ.

For our military who protect our freedom. For our veterans who have served to protect our freedom. Message from Church Director 04.27.18 Priceless Gifts God's grace and mercy can be constant reminders of what is really important. As you begin this day, ask God to help you focus on who He is and what He's done for you. Ask Him to make his mercy real to you each day. As you escape what you deserve and receive what you don't deserve, offer this same mercy to those around you. These are the most priceless gifts you can give. How does God show his mercy to you? May grace, mercy, and peace which comes from God be with you! - 2 John 1:3 Message from Pro-Life Director Kevin J.
