Construction of New Offices (August) The construction site for new offices for the ELCA Wittenberg Center and the Lutheran World Federation Center is progressing. The City of Wittenberg invited the ELCA and LWF to share new offices as we carry out a new phase of work following the 500 th Anniversary Year of the Reformation. Robert stands in front of the new offices for the ELCA and the LWF Offices. Back side of the new offices in Wittenberg We expect occupation of the new offices will take place just after the New Year. An apartment is available for rent for guest scholars, pilgrims and volunteers as the need arises. We are looking forward to developing a series of conferences to involve our global partners in ministry on topics involving Lutheran identity, the Small Catechism, leadership & Lutheran tradition, and other themes.
