Hope Lutheran Church 4131 Lehigh Drive, Cherryville, PA 18035-030 (610) 767-7203 hopecherryville.org CORE PURPOSE STATEMENT: People of Hope: working together, with God, to love and serve others January 29, 2017 Fourth Sunday after Epiphany Who are the blessed ones of God? For Micah, they are those who do justice, love kindness, and walk humbly with God. For Paul, they are the ones who find wisdom in the weakness of the cross. For Jesus, they are the poor, mourners, the meek, those who hunger for righteousness, the merciful, the pure in heart, the peacemakers. In baptism we find our blessed identity and calling in this countercultural way of living and serving. CHURCH STAFF Pastor Rev. Jami Possinger ext. #12 Assistant Pastor Rev.
