DIOCESAN CANDIDATES Diocesan Candidates will be linked with an Examining Chaplain whilst they are in College. They will have at least two formal interviews with their Link Examining Chaplain each year, one in each semester. The purpose here is two-fold. First to provide each Candidate with access to the resources an Examining Chaplain can provide especially information about and assistance with the selection process. Second, the interview meetings will provide both candidate and Examining Chaplain with opportunities to get to know one another better. When the time comes for the Examining Chaplain to make recommendations to the Archbishop about ordination, both the Chaplain and the Candidate will be better informed. These interviews will give Examining Chaplains an opportunity to better know the people about whom they will be making recommendations. The Examining Chaplains have each been linked to a number of candidates. You should contact your Link Examining Chaplain by the end of March 2014. Your Examining Chaplain and their contact details are listed in alphabetical order according to the surname of the Examining Chaplain. Page 3 of 12
