At this time, we would like to extend an enthusiastic invitation to your parish. We would be honored to have you and we are here to serve. HOTEL: The Sheraton Suites Columbus, 201 Hutchinson Avenue, Columbus, Ohio, 43235 has been selected to house our GOYAns, their advisors, chaperones, coaches, and families. Hotel information is enclosed with all phone numbers, addresses and costs. Each parish is responsible for making their reservation with the hotel. To reserve team rooms please contact Laurie Hess, Director of Sales, at lhess@sheratoncolumbus.com or 614.781.7313. Please send a Hotel Rooming List (attached) and be sure to submit a tax exempt form. (Hotel Reservation Deadline: Monday, January 15 th ) REGISTRATION: We will have FOUR divisions: Junior & Senior Boys and Junior & Senior Girls. The registration fees for our tournament as established by the Metropolis are as follows: Team(s) Registration Fee First Team: $200.00 Second Team: $185.00 Each additional: $160.00 If you wish for your team(s) to participate, please complete the enclosed tournament registration form and send it to the Cathedral along with your check payable to "Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral. Deadline for team entry is Saturday, January 20 th. (Registration Form and payment must be postmarked by this date or subject to $25 late fee per team.) Registration will take place at the Annunciation Cathedral on Friday night from 7:00pm 10:00pm. $25.00 per GOYA Player/Non Player and $10.00 per additional Chaperone/Adult is due at registration (each GOYAn must arrive with proper photo ID with birth date).
