Bubee resided at 531 Petty Street (Berkley Manor), Petersburg, VA. He was born on February 8, 1947, to the late John Hugo Williams and Vernelle Jackson Williams in Petersburg, Va. He was also predeceased by his brother, Charles A. Williams. Bubee was educated in the Petersburg Public Schools System. At an early age he confessed Christ as his personal Savior. At the tender age of 16, he was employed with Petersburg General Hospital, (now known as Southside Regional Medical Center). There he received his formal training in the culinary arts and became an award winning head chef. After fulfilling 16 years of dedicated service to Southside Regional, he was then gainfully employed with PARK 500 (a division of Phillip Morris USA). After 25 years and 8 months of faithful service, he retired to spend quality time with his loving family. His kind, jovial, and sincere demeanor will be a cherished legacy for all who knew him. His children were the apple of his eye, as he showered them with sincere love, profound wisdom, and a determination to always strive to do your very best in life. His home was a haven of love to everyone who entered the doors. As a loyal fisherman, he found joy in securing his boat on the beautiful waters to catch an abundance of fish and later share them with his family and friends.
