COOKEVILLE COMMUNITY EVENT PRAYER GUIDE Convoy of Hope US Outreach The following prayer guide is provided to help believers pray more knowledgeably and effectively for the Convoy of Hope - Cookeville Event. Please pray... That all honored guests receive practical help and sense the presence of God during the community event. That volunteers will represent Christ well. That needs are also met among volunteers. That financial needs are met and that both national and local budgets are raised. That local coordinators and team leaders serve effectively. For unity among churches. That the city is transformed by God s grace and love. That the outreach is more than a one-day event and contributes to a longlasting movement of compassion. That guests of honor will come to faith in Jesus Christ. That churches will be able to assimilate new believers after the community event and will prayerfully provide aftercare for each guest assigned to them. For the safety of everyone involved in the community event. For positive media exposure. For increased service opportunities in the communities of area churches. For the Convoy of Hope National Team. Pray for spiritual life and development, families, travel, schedules, safety, event weekend responsibilities, and rest.
