Rev. K. Michael. Bryant Sr. 101 Independence Belle Chasse, LA 70037 Work:5042316526 Home:5043937383 E-mail:revkmichaelbryantsr@yahoo.com Ministry Objective Objective as Pastor: I am sent and anointed by God to Pastor a Church in the greater New Orleans area in the days in which we live. I relocated to New Orleans and reside in Belle Chasse, LA as of 8 June 2006. I am an Active Duty Army Officer in the rank of Major and the Commanding Officer of the New Orleans Military Entrance Processing Command. I will be in the area for at least 4 years in which a mighty work will transpire in the lives of Saints at the Church which God has sent me to serve as Pastor. Additionally, I may retire from the Army and stay in the area after 4 years but God has yet to reveal that future to me. Objectives: It is hard to shortly describe what God has placed as a seed in me as a Pastor. Below are 7 objectives which connected and aimed at enhancing the kingdom of God. 1. To be a shepherd, teacher, leader of people, communicating God s word for the purpose of radical life change (2 Tim 4:2). My desire is to love God s people, serve others and make an impact in the local church. My passion is to see people develop a personal walk with Jesus Christ that seeks Him above all else (Deuteronomy 6:4-5, Romans 12:1), to be vitally connected in community (Acts 2:42-47), to appreciate diversity in the kingdom through Jesus Christ (Ephesians 4:11-21), to actively love a lost and broken world (Acts 1:8, Jn 3:16-17, Mark 10:45) and for people to be fully invested in Christ s church (Acts 4:32-35, Rom 12:3). My vision for successful ministry encompasses worship that is exalting and inspiring to our King (Psalm 34), graciously focusing on the truth that is relevant, creative and challenging (Josh 1:8, 2 Tim 2:15, Col 3:16), and an environment where people are intentional about developing healthy relationships (Gal 3:26-29; 6:1, Matthew 18:15-17). My vision for successful ministry encompasses equipping that enables people to do the work of the ministry (Eph 4:11-12). My vision for successful ministry encompasses developing the entire congregation, staff, and all others to be all God gifted them to be. 2. To work in partnership with the deacon, trustees, and the entire congregation in order to fulfill the will of God, purpose and destiny for the church though the guidance of the Holy. 3. To Pastor a church where the love God abides. To the empower the people of God for continual growth, to educate our youth and young adults to be Godly and of righteous character. To closely unite families and raise strong Christian leaders in the church. 4. To fulfill my calling in the pastorate, by equipping the saints, for the work of ministry, and for the edifying of the body of Christ. We will accomplish this by operating in the God-given vision of Reaching the World for Christ. and by "Raise Up" 5. And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry. (1 Timothy: chapter 1 verse 12). From this scripture my objective is to let God use

chapter 1 verse 12). From this scripture my objective is to let God use me to preach and teach the gospel, so that souls will be saved. It is my objective to Pastor God s people into the knowledge of his love and his desire that all shall be saved. 6. To take the Christian family from where they are into a future of vision, core values, and a mission in hometown and globally. To see its members move into spiritual and numerical growth, through the five principles of Church Growth. The principle goal would be: Evangelism, Fellowship, Worship, Discipleship, and Ministry. 7. To be what God has called and sent me to be...to serve his children my brothers and sisters in Christ. I don't know the size, design, and/or location of the Church to which God has sent me. But I know the most important pieces; that God has prepared me and sent me to Pastor a Church to his Glory now.
