All Greenforest Children s Chapel participants are urged to join in the Back to School Fun Day going on TODAY, Sunday, July 30 th at the picnic pavilion beginning at 11am. Children s Chapel participants will hear the sermon lesson and enjoy the regular praise & worship service. After the call to Salvation, participants will continue with Fellowship. Children will mingle with one another, blow bubbles, make water balloons, play waters games, and enjoy great food: hot dogs, hamburgers, icee cups, chips, and cool drinks. All prayer warriors and members are encouraged to join our college students in the Sanctuary at 2:15pm. It is imperative that our students know that even though they may be out of sight ~ they are never out of our thoughts and prayers. Let s cover them in prayer before they leave for their college campuses. The month of August has been designated as a month of rest and family time for the Greenforest family. Johnny Fowler 10:45am Subject: Text: Key Thoughts: Job Opportunity: Greenforest has an immediate opening for an Executive Administrative Assistant for the Executive Pastor The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the operations of the Executive Pastor s Office, and communicating effectively and graciously with the deaconship, staff, church members, guests, and the community at-large. Duties include managing a complex schedule for the Executive Pastor. Such diverse functions as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and web meetings, prepare and print church bulletins, developing technology-inclusive communications systems, update prayer and outreach weekly list, and schedule meetings to include attending to all meeting details, and prioritizing items requiring the Executive Pastor s attention.
