2 0 1 6 N O V E M B E R / D E C E M B E R N t A he CEA Newsletter Responding to God s Opportunities T.B. Paul National Director We always thank God for the opportunities that He is providing us to reach out to strengthen His Kingdom among the Hindu people of this coastal land. We also thank Him for the effective tools that He provided to reach out these opportunities and fulfill the task that He has given to us! More than that, He has set a strong and dedicated team both in India and U.S.A. who laid a strong foundation and building His Kingdom with such a commitment under the Board s guidance and leading. We are so glad that everyone works with a sense of accountability, and now, we always feel happy to share that, so far, we are able to establish 46 congregations in Andhra Pradesh and built 39 Church buildings for His glory. We thank God for the help sent by His people and we thank each and every one of those who make it possible through their contributions and commitment for the NACEA Ministry. T.B. & Rani Paul Family Now I would like to share how the Lord is making it possible by the tools that He has given to NACEA. The tools are as shown on the following pages

Christian Medical Center (CMC) God provided this tool not only to provide medical assistance to the people that come to the Hospital and people in the villages nearby, but also to strengthen His Kingdom among these villages. We consider when people come for the treatment or when we go for the medical camps in the villages that God has given us an opportunity to talk to the people and pray for them and their families so that they feel more secured in the hands of God. So we make sure that prayers go along with treatment so that the Lord s healing touch may cure the sickness. This way we make them to feel need for more prayers. We make personal contacts and make sure to visit their family in their villages. Generally they ask for prayers. Sometimes they invite their neighbors. We invite them for revival meetings whenever we conduct. Our experience showed us as it is mentioned in Mark 16:20, the Lord starts working among these people. Slowly more people gather for prayers. We encourage them to find a common place acceptable to all the people of the village and put up a temporary facility for undisturbed worship services and strengthen the believers. We pray for Lord s help for building Church building and when we receive help from God s people we build the Church building and dedicate it for the glory of God. Christian Medical Center Dr. Rajesh Paul at Medical Camp Needs for Christian Medical Center - Back-up Generator - $10,000 - Supplemental Operating Expenses - $2000 per month - Scholarships for Nursing Students - $50 per month for 2 years per student 10 needed Designate your donation: CMC or Scholarship

Oberst Christian Academy (NACEA School) We consider school as the tool given by God for making the ministry more expanded with more opportunities. We thank God for this effective tool. This year we have children from 23 villages in the NACEA School thus giving us an opportunity of reaching out to these villages. The school starts with an assembly where all the children gather for prayer and school oath. At 4 p.m., School ends with prayer. It is exciting to see even children from Hindu families join in prayers. We hear from the parents that they pray even at home and they are happy with that. Children participate in Christmas programs and parents join in the programs. We have the subject Moral Science where we teach Christian moral values to the children and thus making Christian foundation in their lives. We also provide free education for the poor children. This year 50 children are getting free education along with our Christian Home children. We have First Aid Center to take care of the children as needed. Now with all these activities, we are getting access to reach out to these villages. During admission time, we make personal contact with the parents and some parents are requesting to visit their families. We are praying for the Lord s help and guidance to reach these villages. Morning Assembly with senior student leading prayer Needs for next School Term 74 School desks seating 3 students each are needed at a cost of $125 per desk 12 computers @ $250 each for the Computer Lab 3 new Classrooms @ $10,000 each Designate your donation: School equipment Designate your donation: School Construction

Christian Home for Orphans We thank God for providing this tool by which we are able to make spiritual foundation in the lives of many children including children from Hindu families. We take care of the children and their needs while in the Home. They will have devotional time every day after their study hours. Besides Rani, a teacher comes to supervise study hours and help the children to finish their subjects. They worship the Lord in worship services on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evenings. On Sundays we all go and encourage their family members to visit the children and join in worship service. We are glad and thank God to see that even Hindus join in worship service and ask for special prayers. As we conduct revival meetings they attend and participate in the meetings and play an important role to strengthen the local congregation. We thank God for some even accepted Christ as their personal savior and took baptism. At present we are helping 56 children in the Home and as there are many more orphan children in the villages we are praying Lord to send more help so that many more children may get the opportunity of experiencing Christ s love and hope and to witness to the world throughout their lives. Some are even accepting Christ as their personal savior. We praise God for this. Rani with Home children & gifts Joyful Children Needs for Children s Home Child Sponsors - 12 of the 56 children in the Home do not have sponsors plus many more children in the villages need a home. It costs $40 per month to sponsor a child. This includes food, lodging, schooling, medical care, and a loving, Christ-centered home. Designate your donation: Children s Home Christmas Gifts - $20 will buy a child a new set of clothes, a toy, and some books Designate your donation: Christmas Gifts

Preacher Training Program As we establish congregations in the villages, we need dedicated and trained laborers to feed and tend the sheep thus proving that we love God much more than others as Lord always expects from us (John 21:15-17). We need a tool to achieve this goal. We thank God for providing the Institute for Christian Studies through which we are able to train dedicated men to strengthen Lord s Kingdom among the Hindu villages. These men will be given six months basic training and six months advanced training to make them more meaningful and effective instruments for the Lord to fulfil the task. So by God s grace they are effective in the villages and we trust that the Lord would use men mightily. As we have more opportunities to reach villages, we need to train more men to reach out. So we are praying for a regular Training Program. Institute of Christian Studies graduation Presentation of Certificate Help send a preacher to the fields white unto harvest Preacher Training - $750 will pay for a 6 month block of training for 1 student 10 needed every 6 months Designate your donation: Preacher Training Preacher Supplemental Income - $10 per month for new preacher - $44 per month for senior preacher somewhere in the middle for other preachers NACEA currently has 51 preachers but more are needed Designate your donation: Preacher Salary Send your gifts to: NACEA, P.O. Church Planting To feed and to tend the Lord s sheep we need a secured place which I trust is nothing but the Lord s House where Satan cannot enter either to have control or steal or to destroy them. In India it is very much essential to have the undisturbed worship services to promote spiritual growth of the sheep especially in the midst of a complex social system and multiplexed beliefs and practices. We thank God for His help which enabled us to build 39 Church buildings in 39 villages. Many more villages are in need of Church buildings as the Lord gives us new opportunities to reach out to new villages. We thank the board and all supporters who made and are still making it possible. This tool is enabling us to prove and say to the Lord that we love Him more than others. We pray and trust that the Lord would send more help and help us to build more Church buildings so keeping His sheep safe in this Hindu land. Bhogireddi Palle Church Dedication Ad-dada Church Leaders Ramakhandam Church Vemavaram Church Church Building Needs - 5 villages have requested Church buildings at a cost of $8,000 each - Sound system including outside speakers needed for 20 Churches at a cost of $250 each Designate your donation: Church Building

Vocational Training Programs In villages people live on cultivation and they work on daily wages. To take care of the family need and children they have to go out and find some work to help pay for their livelihood. There the cultivation provides them work for few days, especially for woman, and the rest of the days in the year they sit in homes without work. Some migrate to other places where they could find them some work. This is one of the reasons why their children do not get an education. We prayed over this and to make churches more meaningful to the villagers, we have started Tailoring and Candle Making Training Programs in the villages where NACEA ministry is established. We purchase two sewing machines and train the woman in tailoring and leave the machines in the Church so that, those who learned might use them and earn some money and save some money by stitching their own cloths. We issue the certificate after finishing the program and with the help of the certificates some are getting loans from the banks and purchasing their own sewing machines. This way the families are benefiting by supporting their families by the income they get. In the same way we do the candle making program but at present we are not able to purchase molds needed for making candles for each village due to lack of funds and we are praying for the same. Tailoring Candle Making Vocational Training Needs - Every 4 months 2 sewing machines are needed at a cost of $200 each Designate your donation: Sewing Machines - $1000 is needed every year for candle molds Designate your donation: Candle Molds

Faithful Preacher of the Word Daniel has 14 years of experience in the ministry. He was trained in the Institute of Christian Studies (ICS) and received his CCS diploma. He is serving in the villages of Rayavaram (50 families) and Graruvu (40 families). He is married to Thabitha and they have 2 sons. Daniel Daniel and his family You can support an experienced preacher for $44 per month or a new preacher for as little as $10 per month. This money supplements income that the preachers receive from church offerings and second jobs. Preacher training is taught in 6 month blocks. Each block of preacher education costs $750 per preacher. This includes tuition, room & board, transportation and teaching material. If you would like to support a preacher or help pay for training, note in the memo line & send your gifts to: Rayavaram Church NACEA, P.O. Box 2309 Washington, IN 47501 NACEA currently has 45 preachers serving in the State of Andhra Pradesh and 6 preachers serving in the State of Tamil Nadu. NACEA has 46 active congregations and 39 completed church buildings in use with 2 under construction. 5 additional villages that have been reached for Christ are awaiting funds for the construction of a church building. You can give on-line at http://naceamission.org/

Children s Home Profile of the Month Bhuvana and her brother Swamy are both in our home. Both their parents are daily wage workers. Three years back their father met with an accident and is paralyzed in both his legs. Their aunt who saw their plight and who knew about our home brought them here. Her mother continues to work and take care of her husband and his treatment. Bhuvana is 7 years old and in the 1 st grade at Oberst Christian Academy (NACEA School). She likes singing and dancing. Please remember Bhuvana in your prayers. Support someone like Bhuvana for $40 per month. That is only a little over a dollar per day. Maybe you could give up a soda or a coffee each day for a child in need. Mission Needs - Preacher Training - $750 per preacher per 6 month school term - Children s Home - $40 per child per month - School Operating Expenses - $500 per month - Hospital Operating Expenses - $2000 per month - New Church buildings - $8,000 each - 5 villages have requested church buildings - Additional Classrooms for School - $10,000 - Hospital Generator - $10,000 - Sound systems for existing churches - $250 each needed in 20 churches (this includes outside speakers so the whole village can hear the gospel proclaimed) If you would like to contribute to all of the NACEA ministries, you may give to the General Fund and the NACEA Board will use your funds were most needed. If you would like to contribute to a specific ministry, please designate as such on your donation.
