PANGIO PHONE: 3306510990 OR 7249622232 Dr. Mike and Pastor JoAnn Pangio just returned from Liberia West Africa where they conducted the annual Abundant Ministries Conference in Monrovia, Liberia. The theme for the conference was: THE GATHERING OF THE SONS. All of our West Africa Directors gathered together as spiritual sons to be with Dr. Pangio and to minister in this conference. Rev. Julius Winker our West Africa and Liberian Director hosted the conference at his church (Life Bible Church) in Monrovia January 23 27, 2010. Rev. Alfred Amara: Abundant Ministries Sierra Leone Director Rev. Axe Freeman: Abundant Ministries Benin Director Rev. Dzotsi Koffi: Abundant Ministries Togo Director Rev. Taffame K. Agbessi Abundant Ministries Director Guinea was also accompanied by Dr. David (Guinea Bible School Director and Pastor Charlie who interpreted for them). All of our Directors shared that Abundant Ministries is continuing to grow with new churches joining the fellowship and by planting new churches with their bible school graduates. Liberia, and Benin have also added new bible school campuses to the ministry, and Guinea is also ready to launch a new campus as soon as we can provide them with the materials. Our new Abundant Ministries Director Rev. Success Nkongho from Cameroon travelled one week by sea and road to be with us in this Conference. Rev. Success was presented with the Bible School curriculum to take back with him to Cameroon to launch our bible school in his church Solution Chapel International located in Limbe, South West Region of Cameroon. Rev. Success also has a television and radio ministry in his region, and has opened the door for Dr. Pangio to put his teachings on the radio in Limbe, Cameroon at no charge. ABUNDANT MINISTRIES GRADUATING CLASS JANUARY 2010 MONROVIA LIBERIA Monrovia Liberia BIBLE SCHOOL GRADUATION: On Saturday we celebrated another bible school graduation ceremony. Dr. Pangio was the key note speaker and challenged the graduating students by speaking on the theme of the graduation ceremony: EQUIPPING FOR EFFECTIVE MINISTRY. EVENING REVIVAL SERVICES: In the evening we held revival services in six different locations in various Abundant Ministry Churches. By having the evening revival services in various locations it enable more of the congregation members of Abundant Ministry churches to be able to attend the services due to the fact that travel at night is difficult. Also, we had a difficult time purchasing gasoline for our vehicle that transported us to and from the meetings because many gas stations were closed down, and the gas stations would only stay open a couple of hours each day. Gasoline was going for five ($5) USA dollars per liter (which comes out to about twenty five dollars ($25 per gallon). This fuel situation had been gong on for several weeks, and finally broke after about the fourth day we were in Liberia as the government stepped in to deal with the situation. The prices then came down to three dollars ($3) per liter. The our Abundant Ministry Directors preached in the evening revival services. Rev. Winker has turned in a report from the revivals stating that they have accounted for over two hundred souls being Born Again in these meetings. Abundant Ministries had planted a new church in Bannersville, Liberia (about one hour outside of Monrovia). The Pastor Moses Vry and his congregation had purchased land and built a temporary mud hut / tin roof church building that can seat about fifty people. Pastor Moses church was one of the places we held our evening revival services at, he had rented the soccer filed across the road from his church to conduct these out door meetings. His congregation stepped out by faith and rented a generator to provide power for lights and to run the PA system. There were at least three hundred people in attendance each night. Dr. Pangio preached for pastor Moses on Tuesday night on the THREE APPEARANCES OF JESUS and based his text on Hebrews 9:24-28. The message was based upon: #1 Jesus first appeared to take away our sin vs 26. #2 Jesus now appears in the presence of God for us, as our intercessor vs 24. #3 Jesus will appear again for those who eagerly await Him vs 28. The presence of God penetrated that soccer filed as the Dr. Pangio gave the altar, and over fifty people responded to have their sins washed away by the power of the Blood of Jesus Christ. 3
SUNDAY SERVICES: Dr. Mike and Pastor JoAnn ministered in separate churches on Sunday, and The Lord blessed the meetings with His anointing falling in a powerful way. Testimonies of healings and salvation came forth from the congregations as God moved by His Spirit upon the people. In our Leadership Conference a pastor gave testimony of a baby from one of his church families who was sent home from the hospital to die as it had fell into a coma due to illness. LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE: Dr. Mike has been ministering in Liberia West Africa since the year 2000. We have now seen our ministry expand these past ten years in Africa from Liberia to Benin, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Togo and in this year 2010 we have reached Cameroon. Dr. Pangio is currently making plans with Pastor Success to conduct our first Abundant Ministries Leadership Conference in Cameroon.
