The Voice From The Temple TM THE TEMPLE OF THE PRESENCE Dictations of the Ascended Masters May 25, 2014 Cyclopea Tucson, Arizona Hold the Divine Matrix for the Golden Age! I, Cyclopea, stand in the Fullness of the Perfection of God, radiating the Emerald Ray into the Earth for the Dispensation of Light that is to come forth at this coming Conclave so that you as initiates of the Brotherhood of Light and as your Mighty I AM Presence in action may have the full Outpouring of Divine Light, Consciousness, and Momentum of the Ascended Master Octaves saturate your lower vehicles, take dominion over your affairs, and chart your course to your Divine Destiny of the Ascension in the Light so that the Golden Age may truly be counted among your victories, your achievements. For yes, blessed hearts, you have striven mightily to overcome any sense of limitation in your world so that you might draw forth the Light of God. I am here to tell you that for you to have the transfer of the Power of God into your life there must be the Attainment in and the recognition of the Eternal Now. For when you truly understand that the transfer of the Power of God requires that you abide in the constant state of Being, of that Divine Moment, the Now, you will begin to realize how all Divine Vision of the future is based upon that Moment in Eternity forever expressed in that Now. When Peace envelops your vehicles of consciousness and the concentrated Charge of the Flame upon the Altar of your Heart arcs on each plane of consciousness with the Allness of God in the I AM Presence, you can and will experience the transfer of the Charge of Light
that forever holds you in the palm of the hand of the Great I AM, all the while transferring the Vision of the very next step. And is that not really all that you require? For after all, your future rests securely in the hands of your God Presence. You may lay out all manner of plans and circumstances for your life, but if they are not in accordance with the Divine Plan of your lifestream, how will you redirect your course to fulfill the Divine Destiny of your life? It requires attunement with and being in that Moment that is the Eternal Now of the Presence and allowing for that Moment to reveal the Vision of the next step and then the next and the next and the next. It requires you to have your Heart Flame so filled with the Charge of Light of the Divine Destiny that is the intent of your Mighty I AM Presence that you will necessarily unfold all of the Mastery that you are required to gain in this lifetime or any other lifetimes required of you. And should this be that final embodiment where you must culminate the Mastery of all your incarnations, you will want to possess the conviction that at a moment s notice the transfer of the Charge of Light and God Power into your vehicles of consciousness will effect that Divine Destiny, drawing you into the Ascension Current! Never mind the small experiments that you might cast before your Mighty I AM Presence to prove the law of multiplication or demonstrate creation through your vehicles of consciousness. The real goal of incarnation is to unfold the talent, internalize the Light, and develop the ability at a moment s notice to invoke and hold the Charge of Light needed for your Ascension. All tests and initiations are toward that end. Oh, of course there are many glorious gifts that you have to render, not only to the Sons and Daughters of God with whom you share the Earth, but also to your own Mighty I AM Presence and the Ascended Masters. But the greatest gift of all, blessed hearts, is to truly know who you are, to have that Divine Spark of God Reality at the forefront of your consciousness to facilitate your Destiny unfolding effortlessly right before your eyes. All the while there is the great striving required to fulfill it. You then know you are following the Divine Destiny envisioned by your Mighty I AM Presence. The doors will open at the appointed hour when you are to 2
step through and don a new ability or Attainment yet to be revealed to you, one perhaps you have already mastered! You cannot limit the Attainment locked within your Causal Body. For the Momentum of your own God Presence is great. If you look upon these seemingly insignificant outer vehicles, subject as they have been to the comings and goings of each of those lower planes of consciousness, to the mass consciousness and riptides of thought and feeling that pummel the physical, the emotional and the mental bodies, thus stripping away the very Life Force that God intended to fill those vehicles, and if you were to consider that outer appearance to be all there is to your life, all that God ever intended you to be what a travesty indeed, what a hollow existence that would be! Instead, charge those vehicles with the God Consciousness and Causal Body Momentum of your Mighty I AM Presence, unfurling the banners of your own Attainment and achieving every nuance that has been thought and conceived of within the Mind of God and focused by that Mind upon the Altar of your Heart. When I, Cyclopea, stand in the Earth and anchor the Emerald Ray, it is so there may be a sufficient Charge rippling out of that Christic Fire that will realign the chakras of the embodied Sons and Daughters of God who are the true initiates, that will stir their Heart Flames to remind them of their Divine Destiny and of all that they may bring to the fore through the creative endeavors of their own Mighty I AM Presence, if allowed. But the key and operative word is if allowed, blessed hearts. For if there is not the co-creative, cooperative process on the part of these vehicles of consciousness that you wear during incarnation, then there is always the ensuing sense of struggle. And one does not know whether they are coming or going, whether they are up or down, and life seems to be an endless revolving of sameness. But when there is the Charge of Light of the Mighty I AM Presence, when the rivers of the Mother Flame course through the spinal altar, when there is the depositing of the Emerald Ray upon the chakras to be that impetus of creation that allows for the good fruit of one s accomplishments to come fully into form, then, blessed hearts, there is no longer mere theoretical thinking, but the Actuality of Manifestation! 3
Do you suppose that when the Elohim were called upon to create the Earth and God said, Let there be Light, we paused to speculate where that Light would come from? We did not, for we knew that in that Creative Fiat the distillation of the Consciousness of the Mind of God, held in the White Fire Core of Being of each Elohim called to fulfill their part in the Divine Creative Matrix, would instantly produce the full realization and manifestation of all that the Great I AM desired to come into Being. The same certainty of fulfillment is true for your lifestream! You are living proof of this in each incarnation that you experience, and have been so for many, many lifetimes. Your Mighty I AM Presence so desired to give you all of the gifts of God s Kingdom that you were desired right into incarnation. The Unfed Flame upon the Altar of your Heart is the Divine Spark of your Mighty I AM Presence deposited on each plane of consciousness, so that you might have the stuff of God Life with which to charge the Elemental Forces of Nature with that Divine Matrix of the Edenic Blueprint of your identity as a Creator yourself. Each lifetime these bodies are built up to serve as a Temple for your Mighty I AM Presence, where that Charge of God Consciousness and Perfection might reside, filling every recess of the Temple, purifying every cell, sanctifying every emanation of energy, consecrating every substance of Life. That Perfection of God cannot be denied. When you begin to experience it, to ingest it into your body temple, ofttimes it will bring to the surface for transmutation all that is impure. Such purging may initially manifest as physical illness, confusion, even distress in the emotional body. But all of these reactions are transitory and short-lived as long as you continue to invoke the Fire of God from your Mighty I AM Presence and the Ascended Octaves so that you can continue the purification and the repolarization of these outer vehicles with that Charge of Light of your Mighty I AM Presence. Your Presence resides in a Realm of such Perfection and God Reality that it knows no opposition, no turmoil. It only knows how to give forth that which is pure and holy, sacred in the Allness of God. When you come to my Altar in the Etheric City above this very Altar where your attention is placed in this hour, you will see the obelisk that replicates the one on my main Altar in my Retreat. 1 This obelisk 4
is charged with the Emerald Ray as the most condensed expression of the Fiat of God Consciousness. And as you allow your consciousness to meditate upon it, that which is placed within it becomes a Fohat that you can not only absorb into your consciousness, but that will activate the Divine Designs of your own Mighty I AM Presence to begin to flow more effortlessly as the Emerald Ray through your vehicles of consciousness, to displace and reorder your life from unreality and negativity, to consume all that is impure and reveal the White Fire Core of Being. The Main Altar in my Retreat is one which you can and should apply to visit. However, when you come recognize that your garments must be pure, your consciousness clear, so that your vision will perceive that which is the veritable Holy Estate of Almighty God. And as you return to your outer consciousness, you will carry the Charge of Emerald Matrix from my Altar. Then you will recognize the Hand of God at work in your life, adjusting your consciousness to perceive the Perfection of God anchored upon that Altar, recreating within your own consciousness by the hand of your God Presence that same experience! Know that you are free to revisit my obelisk over and over in your consciousness and reactivate at will that Akashic record containing the impetus of my Flame! Blessed hearts, know that upon this very Altar where you are presently focusing your attention there is the Charge of the Flame from my Altar sustaining the constant flow of the same Charge that you experience in my Retreat. Why is this important for you to understand? It is so that when you approach this Altar, you may recognize that you are not far removed from the Divine Perfections of God as held by the Ascended Masters in their personal Retreats. They have given you focuses; and yes, the Charge of Fire is placed upon this Altar and held in their Consciousness continually so that you might drink it in, be reminded of their Perfection in God in order that you might emulate each such Flame and make each one your own in time. So you see, blessed hearts, there is much science to the Emerald Matrix, far more than the few sessions released to you previously have revealed. If you were to study the Emerald Matrix and the Emerald Ray of my Consciousness from here until your Ascension, however long that may be, you would still not grasp all of the subtleties. But I can promise you that as you apply the striving of your consciousness and the Flame 5
upon the Altar of your Heart to know the Emerald Ray, to become that Emerald Ray in all of your affairs, increment by increment, you will find it stepping up the action of the Charge and the Transfer of God Power that you require to meet each Initiation and cycle that your Presence has in store for you. And as the Initiations and cycles become more advanced, if you are diligent in your striving and committed to the Flame of God in your disciplines, the Power of God will expand in its service to you to meet those new requirements. So you see, blessed hearts, you are always given sufficient substance of God Consciousness in Fire, in talent, in the precise momentums that you require to meet each need. Necessity s Ray is a prime example of the wise use of the Emerald Ray. For even as there are those necessities strewn in your path by life s experiences, by your own returning karma, by the responsibilities that you have undertaken, thus you, too, will always have what it takes to meet all such challenges. The key is will you have the Wisdom of Illumination's Flame to be able to reach into the Emerald Ray and draw forth that Matrix of Divine Perfection, to apply the science of God in fulfilling Necessity in your life? As I have said, you could make a study of this glorious science of God s Emerald Ray for the remainder of this incarnation and many more without ever exhausting its mysteries. There are even those who have ascended with only fifty-one percent of their karma balanced and their dharma fulfilled who have taken up the study of the Emerald Ray at inner levels so that they might continue to balance their karma by the use of its principles of multiplication, of the expansion of the co-creative process, and the Divine Matrix of God Perfection expressed through the Emerald Ray. So you see, blessed hearts, should your cup not be completely filled by the close of your incarnations upon the Earth, I, Cyclopea have seen to that fulfillment at inner levels even following your Ascension. God desires for you to have every part of the Body Consciousness of God that you require to fulfill the Divine Destiny that your Presence has dreamed. And therefore we, the Elohim, stand abreast, twelve in number, to fulfill the desire of your God Presence, and where at all possible, the desire of your own Heart Flame as the Christ Presence that you have been able to bring to the fore in your incarnation. The key determining 6
factor is whether or not your desire is a part of the Divine Matrix of your mission in this life. Does your Presence ratify that which you have dreamed even in your outer consciousness? Has your desire body led you in the direction of the desire of your God Presence, or do you still desire those things of the human creation more than the Consciousness and the Body of God? These are questions that you must answer. I, of course, could tell each one of you on the instant the failings, the downfalls looming upon your doorstep, but you know them equally as well. For after all, you have touched the Flame of God. You have experienced the Charge of your own God Presence at one point or another, else you would not be in the presence of my address. Therefore you know full well what you must do. You know the disciplines that you have shunned that you must embrace. You know the consciousness required in your own outer mind and the purification that your vehicles in these lower planes must obtain. So you see, blessed hearts, when I, Cyclopea, come in the Perfection of God, fully vested in the Charge of the Emerald Ray, in my overshadowing Presence you likewise see effortlessly with your God Vision those areas of your life that must go into the Flame of Transmutation, that must have the Charge of the Emerald Matrix coursing through them, and Purity maintained in your life so that you might be the Temple of the Most High where the Charge of God Consciousness reigns supreme and there is the place prepared for the Flame of God to reside. During this the upcoming Conclave when the focus of your attention will be on the Flame of Freedom, recognize that to have the Freedom of the expression of the Golden Age that you desire, even as the Golden Age of One, and ultimately for the many, you must put on this garment of Pure Electronic Light which I have spoken of to you this day. There must be such a Charge of Light and Sacred Fire that that God Freedom you desire will come about effortlessly. And then, as the Flames upon the Altar of your Heart leap in Joy at the expression of God that you have allowed to take place in your world, you will know all is right with the world! You will know that the Peace that you require, the Harmony that you desire, and the Music of the Spheres that you will enjoy are all because the sense of Freedom that your God Presence has hoped, dreamed, and desired for you is coming in its own as God Reality right where you are. 7
Then you will have established a momentum that cannot be denied. And when you go to your altar you are no longer required to give your Decrees and Affirmations for an hour before you first begin to feel the flow of the return current of your Mighty I AM Presence and the Ascended Octaves. For from the very first moment you send acknowledgement to the Presence, signaling that you are there on bended knee before God, making your temple available to the Presence, right then the flow of that Light and God Consciousness begins! And as you give the Sacred Calls, you know without a shadow of doubt they are answered one and all. Blessed hearts, let the Perfection of God be your consciousness. Let the Momentum of God Desire be the desiring within your emotional body that carries forth the co-creation of the Emerald Ray that you are to embody. And let the expansion of the Flame of your Mighty I AM Presence fill not only your own chalice, but let the reverberation of your vehicles of consciousness begin to ripple out into the greater world so that the Golden Age of God Freedom will truly begin to be expressed by the many, and not just the few. I, Cyclopea, will be overshadowing the entirety of the forthcoming July Conclave and Acropolis Sophia so that this Spirit of the Freedom Flame and the Perfection of God shall be firmly anchored in the Earth. Let your hearts leap in Joy to meet the Emerald Ray and to embody the Emerald Matrix of your Mighty I AM Presence from this point unto your Ascension in the Light.
