All preachers are to be robed for the Communion Service, the Episcopal Address and the Reading of Appointments. WHITE robes for Communion and BLACK for the Episcopal Address, Sunday morning and afternoon. The Budget and Finance Committees, 1 st and 2 nd Year Studies, 3 rd and 4 th Year Studies and the Committee on Admissions will meet on Wednesday afternoon between 12:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. to receive reports. Finances are to be received on the first day of the Annual Conference. Statistical Reports are due at the opening of the Conference. Delegates are required to register and subscribe to all Periodicals ($143.00). The following is a breakdown of Periodicals: Star of Zion $38.00 Herald Journal 20.00 Quarterly Review 20.00 Missionary Seer 30.00 The Vision Focus 35.00 $143.00 Pastors are required to purchase tickets for him/herself, spouse, delegate and others to the Home Missions Banquet. Missionaries are to wear white during the day on Friday and white with stoles on Friday evening. Trustees and Stewards are asked to attend the Annual Conference.
