I will announce a Scripture to be found and will give the command "START. A participant must locate the reference and place his index finger on the verse before stepping forward. When he is called upon, he reads the verse and states the exact reference. These references have been selected from the Bible at random. I will state a phrase of the scripture in the English Standard translation, followed by the KJV and CSB translations. It may be any part of an assigned verse: the opening, the closing or the middle part. The participant must correctly locate the verse and place his index finger on the verse before he steps forward. When called upon he must be able to read the entire verse and state the correct Scripture reference.
