God Loves Mankind. When a Jew, any Jew, became a Christian, much less a priest, there was a certain amount of religious baggage that came with them.

It is crucial we continue to pray for the Olim (immigrants) during their first year in Israel. As Shirley always says; Without a successful absorption, there is not a successful Aliyah! ertile Ground The effective prayer of a righteous person has great power. James 5:16b ESV or many years now here at, we ve labored in the revelation that the Great Lakes Region (GLR) is a beachhead for USA Aliyah. It is a region that is growing, supporting and undergirding the work of Aliyah. Pastor Bill Clark Planning and Development Director A recent survey of the GLR revealed to us exactly what God had previously spoken. No surprise there, right? It is a place full of His presence, power and provision. It is laden with resources and teeming with life. The Great Lakes Basin is fertile, not only because it s a fresh water source, but because of the anointing of our King! If I may coin a phrase, God has stacked the deck. Maybe I should say it the way Paul said it: or we are God s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do Ephesians 2:10 (NIV). Don t miss that; there are things that God has prepared in advance for us to do, and serving His people in the GLR is one of them. To His glory, we have begun, but the task is daunting indeed. The Jewish population is there. Israel/Aliyah-supporting churches and ministries are there. We have intercessors and volunteers serving the purposes of God there. All we need now is you! We need you to partner with us as we pursue the heart of the ather. We need you to commit to pray for His chosen people, pray for His Church pray for how God would have you come alongside the GLR. Recently I heard someone say God often uses our prayers to involve us in things bigger than we are. Bigger than we are, yes! But things we are called to do. An Aha Moment! Laying Down Our Dreams and Taking Up His Desires By Pastor Bill Clark H ave you ever had an Aha Moment? Merriam-Webster s Dictionary defines this as a moment of sudden realization, inspiration, insight, recognition or comprehension. Senior Pastors Bill and Antonia Clark New Bethel Community Church 5 operationexodususa.org While it is a relatively new word or phrase within the English language (1939), I believe it to be the phrase that is taking the Church by storm as it relates to Israel and Aliyah! The Word of the Lord in Isaiah 49:22 NIV declares, See, I will beckon to the nations, I will lift up my banner to the peoples; they will bring your sons in their arms and your daughters on their hips. In verse 26 God says,. Then all mankind will know that I, the Lord, am your savior, your Redeemer, the Mighty one of Jacob. This is the Word of the Lord and I believe it to be true no less true than His Word that declares my salvation, liberty and healing! Answer to Your Prayers Some time ago in 2015, Ephraim started his Aliyah process; unfortunately, he could not sell his apartment and had to postpone. We let the intercessors know about the situation. Recently Ephraim called to say his apartment sold and he left for Israel in October 2016! Praise the Lord, His timing is perfect. Recently Debbie, a new immigrant, wrote to us from Israel: Lastly, the word chosen is a word we tend to leave in reserve for our Jewish brothers and sisters only. Please let me remind you of a ragtag group of folks that Jesus himself spoke these words over: You did not choose me, but I chose you John 15:16 NIV. We have been chosen to serve Israel and Aliyah. Aha! ROM HOPE TO HOME ISSUE 5/2016 operationexodususa.org Thank you so much for your prayers. The near two years I have been here have been wonderfully eventful. I have seen my family grow with the addition of my first grandchild and the addition of a new son-in-law. I have also faced the struggles of a new Oleh (new immigrant). Learning your way around town, understanding the healthcare system, increasing your language skills and finding friends and work. On some of these things I have done well. On others not so well Would I change my decision to come to Israel...NO!!! newsletter Displaying God s Love page 2 or more information about, our Purpose, Vision, Values, and History, visit our website. I believe that we have stepped out of a season where every man has sought to build his own kingdom, and we have stepped into a new day, a day when we are laying down our dreams and taking up His desires! An Expectant Heart Releases This precious note came from Ariel and Tova, who just made Aliyah in September: If anything, your operation is, from beginning to end, impressively organized and well thought out. As you know, making Aliyah is a little intimidating and complex if one is leaving behind a developed life in a familiar setting with loved friends and family. Your scripture references, the kindness of your representatives, and your palpable enthusiasm have comforted us. How can you care so much for someone else s process as you do? You set an example for us in this level of service. We hope we can somehow follow your example. Ariel: We see clearly that it is the will of HaShem for us to be in the Land, and we want to support those who love HaShem. Here is what they shared with : Tova: My husband and I have always loved Israel and would love to raise our family there. I just finished nursing school within the year and the time seems right to finally make the move. Aliyah from the New York City area has the potential to see the fulfillment of the greatest Exodus. It will take prayer, commitment and action on our part. It is time to take that action and let our voices be heard. It is not the time to be silent.
