Wave Sheaf Written By Moshe Eliyahu Yahuah The Heavenly Father FIRST MINISTERED IN 1997 REVISED MARCH 2008 WWW.YHRIM.COM http://restorationofyisrael.ning.com Yahushua Our Moshiach/Messiah Shalom, Shalom, I greet you in the Name of our Heavenly Father YHWH and in the Name of Yahushua our Messiah Please keep an open mind (heart) as you read this document 1. The commanded Feast Days of YHWH are shadows and typology of things that He is doing in the Earth. 2. Moses wrote in Leviticus 23:1-44 about Pesach (Passover), Feast of Unleavened Bread, Feast of Weeks, and Feast of Tabernacles. 3. The wave sheaf and the he lamb that is offered by the Priest on the 16 th of Aviv is a shadow or typology of a hidden truth, the same as the parables that are hidden truths in the Renewed Covenant. (New Testament) 4. In order to understand the New Testament (Renewed Covenant) you need to know the Tanach (First Covenant O. T). 5. Scriptures used in this document are from Restoration Scriptures by Rabbi Moshe Yoseph Koniuchowsky, unless stated otherwise. We will answer the statements about the sheaf as we proceed in this Document Leviticus 23:9 And (YHWH) spoke to Moshe, saying, 10 Speak to the children of Yisrael, and say to them, When you have come into the land which I give to you, and shall reap the harvest of it, then you shall bring an omer (sheaf) of the beginning of your harvest to the kohen: (Priest) 11 And he shall wave the omer (sheaf) before YHWH, to be accepted for you: on the next day after the first day* the kohen (Priest) shall wave it. 12 And you shall offer that day when you wave the omer (sheaf) a male lamb without blemish of the first year for a burnt offering to YHWH. * After the Sabbath

P a g e 2 1. This sheaf was a commanded offering to be brought by every farmer therefore they were not fully ripe (Aviv). Barley is the first grain crop to ripen in Israel at the time of the Passover season. Note: Grain does not ripen all over Israel at the same time. I believe this is a typology or shadow of the Saints that were martyred before Yahushua came and before full maturity. This is the start of the harvest offerings; barley is one of the first grains to ripen in Israel. Therefore barley is the first grain offering mention here. On the next day after the Sabbath the 16 th of Aviv, the Priest shall wave the Sheaf, first fruit of the barley harvest and offer the male lamb as a burnt offering unto YHWH. In Leviticus 23:9-12 all of the Farmers in Israel were to bring a wave sheaf an omer, a dry measure 2.5 lbs. or 1/10 of an Ephah, or about 6.4 Pints. The Omar is a standard measurement in the Torah. R. S Barley is planted in Israel in the third week of November and matures in the spring at the time of Aviv, the first month of the solar lunar calendar, March and April on the Roman calendar. Note. In Leviticus 2:14 it does mention Aviv as a freewill offering, but it is not the mandatory first grain described here. An Aviv (or freewill) offering had to be dried by fire. R.S This Lunar-Solar Calendar below will help you in understanding the day the Sheaf is waved. This solar-lunar calendar is showing the sheaf being offered on the 16 th of Aviv, the first day of the week; this is the 2 nd day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread. We will show what the meaning of the sheaf is as we go through this message.

P a g e 3 The Moadim (Appointments) of YHWH Leviticus 23:1-4 And YHWH spoke to Moshe, saying, 2 Speak to the children of Yisrael, and say to them, The moadim of YHWH which you shall proclaim to be miqra kedoshim, (Holy Convocations) even these are My moadim. (Appointment) 1. Notice YHWH said to Moses these are My moadim (Appointments). 1 Notice the fixed times is not exclusively Jewish, but belongs to all of Israel who desire to serve YHWH. 3 Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is a Shabbat-Shabbaton of rest, a miqra kodesh. (Holy Convocation) You shall do no work in it: it is the Shabbat YHWH in all your dwellings. 2 2 The weekly Shabbat is the first of YHWH s listed appointments, in all Yisraelite (Israelites) lands. R.S 4 These are the moadim of YHWH, even miqra kedoshim, (Set apart Assemblies or gathering) which you shall proclaim in their appointed times. It is up to us that have understood that YHWH s Sabbaths and Feast Days are for His people today and to reestablish them among believers, as YHWH calls and teaches us to proclaim His moadim (His Appointed times). There are three Feast s commanded by YHWH for all Israelite to keep in a year (Also Called Ascension) Exodus 23:14-17 Three times thou shalt keep a feast unto me in the year. 15. Thou shalt keep the feast of 1 (Pesach or Passover and unleavened bread): thou shalt eat unleavened bread seven days, as I commanded thee, in the time appointed of the month Aviv; for in it thou camest out from Egypt: and none shall appear before me empty: KJ 16. And the 2 feast of harvest, (Shavuot or Feast of Weeks (Pentecost) the firstfruits of thy labours, which thou hast sown in the field: and the 3 feast of ingathering, (Sukkot or Feast of Tabernacles) which is in the end of the year, when thou hast gathered in thy labours out of the field. K J 17. Three times in the year all thy males shall appear before YHWH thy Elohim. K J Passover is on the 14 th of Aviv the first month of the Lunar Solar Calendar. Feast of Unleavened Bread begin on the 15 th and last seven days to the 21 st of Aviv. This is in the month of March or April of the Roman calendar. All the males of Israel were to appear at three feasts every year before YHWH.

P a g e 4 1. Pesach or Passover and Unleavened Bread (barley harvest). 2. Shavuot or Feast of Weeks (wheat harvest) 3. Sukkot or Feast of Tabernacles, (Festival of the Ingathering, grapes, nuts and fruits this is the remaining harvest of the land that was gathered before the fall rains began. Blowing of Trumpets and Atonement is two more of the Holy Days in the 7 th month. We will not be dealing with them in this Document. There are 5 Annual Sabbaths or (Holy Convocation) days in these three Feasts. Second witness three times in a year all thy males must appear before YHWH Deuteronomy 16:16. Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before YHWH thy Elohim in the place which he shall choose; in the 1 Feast of unleavened bread, and in the 2 Feast of weeks, and in the 3 Feast of tabernacles and they shall not appear before YHWH empty: 1. Feast of Unleavened Bread, (Pesach or Passover) 2. Feast of Weeks, (Shavuot or Pentecost) 3. Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot) Three times each year all males were to appear before YHWH. Let us begin to understand this hidden truth. It is a shadow or typology of the Saints being gathered from the earth. We are to be fruitful soul winner, and fruitful with our talents (doctrinal truth), which we have been given, therefore we must not come to the Judgment Seat of Yahushua empty handed. What is hidden about the Sheaf? Genesis 37:5-8. And Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it his brethren: and they hated him yet the more. 6. And he said unto them, Hear, I pray you, this dream which I have dreamed: 7. For, Behold, we were binding sheaves in the field, and, lo, my sheaf arose, and also stood upright; and, behold, your sheaves stood round about, and made obeisance (a gesture of respect) to my sheaf. 8. And his brethren said to him, Shalt thou indeed reign over us? or shalt thou indeed have dominion over us? And they hated him yet the more for his dreams, and for his words. In the days of old, the farmers would reap their fields and place the barley or wheat in bundles and shocks to be taken to a thrashing floor. There the grain would be thrashed and separated. This dream was showing the sheaves, (which are Joseph brothers) coming to bow before Him, the sheaf or sheaves, represents people.

P a g e 5 We need to answer a question before we continue, who hath ascended into the Heavens? Now to try to answer this question Genesis5:19 And Jared lived after he begat Enoch eight hundred years, and begat sons and daughters: 20. And all the days of Jared were nine hundred sixty and two years: and he died. 21. And Enoch lived sixty and five years, and begat Methuselah: 22. And Enoch walked with Elohim after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters: 23. And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years: 24. And Enoch walked with Elohim: and he was not; for Elohim took him. Enoch is a typology or a shadow picture of the souls that will be changed in a moment in the twinkling of an eye at the coming of Yahushua. 1 Corinthians 15:51-52 2 Kings 2:11 And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven. (First heaven just above our heads, not the third Heaven) Elijah represents people that will be protected in the time of Jacobs s troubles and the Great Tribulation period. John 3:13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven. At the time Yahushua spoke these words, no person had ascended up to Heaven, not Enoch* or Elijah. When Yahushua arose from the tomb, He was the first fruit (singular) from the dead. The others that were chosen were raised from the dead and Yahushua took the sheaf, (a hand full) that arose after His resurrection. He took the sheaf with him when He ascended to the Father. Mathew 27:51-53 *Note: In the book of Yahshar 3:1-38 describe the righteous of Enoch, and that he was taken to Heaven. Acts 2:34 For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, YHWH said unto my Adon, (Master) Sit thou on my right hand. 35 Until I make thy foes thy footstool. Peter was preaching these words on the day of Shavuot (Pentecost) he knew that the sheaf (a hand full) was the only ones Yahushua took with him. There had not been a general resurrection; the first resurrection will take place at Yahushua s return.

P a g e 6 The First Fruit and the sheaf that arose Mathew 27:50 Yahushua, when He had cried again with a loud voice, He dismissed His ruach. (Spirit) 51 And, see, the veil of the Beit HaMikdash (Temple) was rent in two from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; (The veil to the Set-Apart Place, not the most Holy Place) 52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the Yisraelite kidushim (Isralites Saints) that slept arose, 53 And came out of the graves after His resurrection, and went into the kadosh city, (Holy City) and appeared to many. The sheaf that the priest waved before YHWH and the sacrifice of the he-lamb in Leviticus 23:9-12 was a shadow of Yahushua and those that arose in Mathew 27:51-53. The first time in the year that all males were to appear before YHWH, was at the Feast of Passover and Unleavened Bread, It was the barley harvest, when Yahushua arose the 16 th of Aviv and took the sheaf with him to present them to the Father, this fulfilled the sheaf or barley harvest of Souls. Acts 2:26 Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope: Psalms 16:9 27. Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, (Hades the grave) neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. Psalms 16:10 31. He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Messiah, that his soul was not left in hell, (Hades the grave) neither his flesh did see corruption. Yahushua saw no corruption. His body did not decay, He arose the third day as He said He would, this was Kepha (Peter) ministering on the day of the Shavuot Feast of Weeks. First Fruit singular and First fruits plural 1 Coronations 15:20-23 But now is Moshiach risen from the dead, and become the bikkurim (First fruit offering) of them that died. 21 For since by man came death, by Man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Moshiach shall all be made alive? 23 But every man in his own order: 1 Moshiach (Messiah) the 2 bikkurim; (First fruits offering) afterwards 3 they that are Moshiach s at His coming. Restored Scriptures There is an order to the resurrections, (Messiah), the sheaf, and then they that are His at His coming.

P a g e 7 We can see that Yahushua was the first one that arose from the dead, then the sheaf. Now we that are alive and the dead in the graves that belong to Yahushua are waiting on the first resurrection to take place. (The sheaf and those in the first resurrection that receive eternal life, make up the first fruits) Romans 8:18, 19, 22, 23 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. 19. For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of Eloah. 22. For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. 23. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. K J When Apostle Paul wrote this letter he is stating when he died; he would be waiting on the redemption of his body when Yahushua returns. He was looking forward to the coming of Yahushua and the first resurrection. The First Fruits Hebrews 12:22-24 But you have come to Har Tzion, (Mount Zion) and to the city of the living, (Elohim) the heavenly Yahrushalayim,1 (Jerusalem) and to an innumerable multitude of heavenly malachim,2 (Angels) 23 To the gathering and congregation of the bachorim, (first borne) that is enrolled (Names) in the shamayim, 3. (Heavens) and to YHWH the Shophet 4 (Judge) of all, and to the ruachim (Spirits) of tzadikim (righteous) made perfect 5, 24 And to 6 Yahushua the Mediator of the Brit Chadasha, (renewed covenant) and to the dahm (blood) of sprinkling, that speaks better things than that of Hevel. (Abel) Jer. 31:31-33 Heb. 8:8-12 10:16, 17 1. Hebrews is speaking about the Heavenly Jerusalem. 2. Multitude of Angels. 3. Gathering of the first-borne names written in Heaven. 4. Judge of all, YHWH-Yahushua 5. Spirits of the righteous made perfect, the sheaf. 6. Yahushua the Mediator of the renewed covenant. (New Testament) Hebrews is speaking about the sheaf, these are the ones that Yahushua took with Him the day that he arose from the tomb. This is the Spirits of just men made perfect.

P a g e 8 Where did the Spirits of just men made perfect come from, that are spoken about in Hebrews 12:23? Ephesians 4:8-13 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men. 9. (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? (Yahushua descended from Heaven to the earth and died on a stake) 10. He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things. (Then Yahushua arose from the dead and returned back to Heaven) 11. And he gave some, Apostles; and some, Prophets; and some, Evangelists; and some, Pastors and Teachers; 12. For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Messiah: 13. Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of Elohim, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Messiah: K.J In Leviticus 23:9-15 The sheaf offering that the Priest was to wave before YHWH on the 16 th day after the Sabbaths, was a shadow of Yahushua leading captivity captive; this group of people was taken on the 16 th day during the Feast of Unleavened Bread. (John 20:17 when Yahushua ascended He took the sheaf of people with Him to present to the Father) Yahushua did not appear before the Father empty handed Deuteronomy 16:16 He took the sheaf, those that arose after His Resurrection with Him on the 16 th of Aviv. Mathew 27:51-53. Note: Yahushua returned the same day that He took the sheaf John 20:17-19 and was seen several times during the next forty days after His resurrection. Note: When Yahushua ascended back to Heaven, the Holy Spirit of YHWH was given on Shavuot (Feast of Weeks Shavuot (Pentecost). The Spirit was given to those that were assembled in the Temple as commanded in the Torah. This was the beginning of the five-fold Ministry He gave to His body, the Assembly. Ephesians 4:11-12 How did Yahushua Preached unto the spirits in prison? 1 Kepha (Peter) 3:18 For Messiah also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to Elohim, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the spirit: 19. By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison; 20. Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of Elohim waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water?

P a g e 9 YHWH by His Spirit preached through His servant Noah for over 100 years to the people that were in prison houses (all types of sin). Noah warned the people that a flood was coming upon the Earth and for them to repent and to be ready. As the Spirit of YHWH preached through Noah, the gospel is being proclaimed today by the Spirit through His servants, to warn people to repent of their sins and be ready for Yahushua return. 1 Kepha (Peter) 4:6 For this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to Elohim in the spirit. K. J Peter is stating that the dead were one time alive, when the gospel was preached to them. Now some of those people heard the message and are now living with Yahushua they are part of the sheaf. The gospel is still being preached to people today, that one day we may live with Yahushua. Isaiah 61:1 The Ruach (Spirit) of the Master YHWH is upon Me; because YHWH has anointed Me to preach the Besorah (Gospel) to the meek; He has sent Me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the exiles, recovery of sight to the blind 8 and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; 2 To proclaim the acceptable year of YHWH, and the day of vengeance of our Elohim; to comfort all that mourn. Also see Luke. 4:17-21 R.S 8 In Isaiah 61:1 the Masoretic does not contain the phrase recovery of sight to the blind. Yet Luke 4:18 does, as does the LXX. (Septuagint) Obviously Yahushua is being quoted in Luke 4:18, as He quotes from the LXX s Isaiah scroll. R. S Yahushua is setting people free today through his servants, as we proclaim liberty to the Two Houses of His exiled people, Yahudah (Judah southern tribe) and Efrayim (10 northern tribes) of Israel scattered among the Nations. He delivers His people from their sins by His blood, His Spirit and His Word. He wants us to know who we are, the exiled people of Israel. (Both houses of Israel) By releasing them from their prison houses, which are false teachings, and giving sight to the blind by opening their eyes to the Truth. Now we can be joined back to the Assembly of Israel. Everyone that is converted and keeps the Torah (YHWH Commandments) is added to the body of Yahushua the Assembly. We and they are Israelites, just as the mixed multitudes that left Egypt and kept the Torah were Israelites.

P a g e 10 John saw the sheaf in Paradise Revelation 5:8. And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, (which are the prayers of saints). Where did the twenty four Elders come from? Yahushua said that no man had ascended up to Heaven, while He was with His Disciples. John 3:13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven. According to Scripture, no man had ascended to Heaven but Yahushua until He took the sheaf with Him. The 24 Elders were in the group of people the sheaf that Yahushua took with Him. Revelations 19:10 And I fell at his feet to worship him, and he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Yahushua: worship Elohim: for the testimony of Yahushua is the spirit of prophecy. Revelation 22:8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the Angel which shewed me these things. 9. Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the Prophets and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship Elohim. K. J The Angel showed John twenty four Elders and many other events, and when John started to fall down and worship the Angel he said Do it not. I am thy fellow servant and of thy brethren the Prophets. Where did this fellow servant come from? The Angel was one of the believers in the sheaf, the first part of the first fruits. Mathew 27:51-53 Rev. 14:1-5 And I looked, and saw, a Lamb stood on Har Tzion, (Mount Tzion) and with Him one hundred forty four thousand Yisraelites, having His Abba s Name written in their foreheads. 2 And I heard a voice from the shamayim, (Heaven) as the voice of many mayim, (waters) and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpists playing with their harps: 3 And they sang as it were a renewed shir (song) before the kesay, (Throne) and before the four beasts, and the zechanim: (Elders) and no man could learn that shir (song) but the hundred forty four thousand, who were redeemed from the olam. (earth) 4 These are those, who were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are those who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These were redeemed from among men, being the

P a g e 11 bikkurim-netsarim (first fruit of believers) to YHWH and to the Lamb. 5 And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the kesay (Throne) of YHWH Restoration Scriptures This group of 144,000 of Saints who has the Father name YHWH written in their forehead, who were redeemed from the earth is being shown to be already in Heaven singing a renewed song before the Throne. These were not defiled with women (This false religion system) for they are wise virgins. These were redeemed from among men being the first fruit of believers without fault before the Throne of YHWH. (This is the sheaf) There is an order, first the sheaf, and then the first Resurrections 1 Corinthians 15:20 But now is Moshiach (Messiah) risen from the dead, and become The Bikkur (First fruit) of those that died in emunah (faith). 21 For since by man came death, by Man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Ahdahm all die, even so in Moshiach shall all be made alive. 23 But every man in his own order: 1.Moshiach (Yahushua) the 2. Bikkur (First fruits); 3. afterwards they that are Moshiach s at His coming. The 23 rd verse states there is an order to the resurrection (But every man in his own order). 1. Moshiach (Yahushua) our Messiah was the first one that arose from the dead 2. Bikkur (First fruits) the sheaf they arose after Yahushua Mathew 27:51-53 3. Afterwards they that are Moshiach s at His coming, the saints that are in the first resurrected that are blessed to have eternal life. Yahushua was the first fruit (singular) and those that arose after Yahushua, were the first fruits, (Plural); they fulfilled the Wave Sheaf offering. I have used Revelation 14:1-5 and 1 Corinthians 15:20-23 along with and all of the other Scriptures in this document to show that Yahushua was the first one to arise from the dead, then after Him the ones that made up the sheaf. At Yahushua coming they along with the ones blessed to be in the first resurrection and to have eternal life are all called the first fruits.

P a g e 12 To summarize the Wave Sheaf In Leviticus 23:9-12 the Priest waves a sheaf and offers a he-lamb for a sacrifice. This is a shadow or typology of different truth: 1. The sheaf was a first fruit offering. 2. The Priest waving the sheaf is a typology of souls being presented to YHWH. 3. The lamb is a typology of Yahushua being sacrificed. Yahushua arose from the tomb on the 16 th of Aviv, the first day of the week, the wave sheaf was waved on this day after the Sabbath was over. Leviticus 23:9-12 He was the Priest, the Lamb, and first fruit (singular). Those that arose after the Messiah (Mathew 27:51-53) they are the Bikurim (first fruits (plural), they went into the city and appeared unto many. Then the same day Yahushua took them to Heaven with Him. Yahushua did not appear before the Father empty handed. Exodus 23:15 Deuteronomy 16:16 Yahushua, the 24 Elders, and this group, they all make up the sheaf of 144.000 people Revelation 14:4 which states, these were redeemed (passed tense) from the earth fulfilling Leviticus 23:9-12 the sheaf or barley harvest. These were the first fruits of souls reaped from the earth. (This was not called a resurrection) In Exodus 23:14-17 and Deuteronomy 16:16 states that all males were to appear before YHWH three time in each year and they were not to appear empty handed. 1. First time was at Passover and Feast of Unleavened Bread. 2. Second time was at the feast of Shavuot (Pentecost). 3. Third time was at the Feast of Tabernacles. 1 Feast of Unleavened bread, barley harvest. This completes the barley harvest of souls and the first time all males were to appear before YHWH each year. The Sheaf, a hand full of people is in Heaven now. 2 Feast of Shavuot (Pentecost) wheat harvest. This was the second time all males were to appear before YHWH. When the first resurrection and the Judgment seat of the Messiah Yahushua takes place, this will fulfill the second time that all males will appear before YHWH. 3 Feast of Tabernacles, which is the end of the fall harvest. This is the third time all males were to appear before YHWH. This will be fulfilled at the last resurrection and the Great White Throne Judgment, called the last Great Day. (Represented by the 22 nd day of the 7 month the 8 th day)

P a g e 13 Note: The sheaf or barley harvest of souls and the Saints that are asleep in the grave, plus those that are changed at Yahushua s return and are gathered unto the Messiah, are all called the first fruits. Note: No person was to appear empty handed at the Feast of YHWH, a shadow picture of soul that we are to bring and place at the Master feet. Deuteronomy 16:16 As I study the Scripture about the sheaf, I began to understand the hidden truth in this message, the first time I ministered the sheaf message was in 1997. With this message YHWH was bringing me to the knowledge that He had Sabbaths and Feast Days that I was to learn about and to keep and teach them to the returning House of Israel. I pray that I have explained the sheaf that other people may understand it, and may the truth of the sheaf help people to learn other truths of the word of YHWH. I pray that other souls will return back to our Father YHWH and to understand that we are the House of Israel and re-claim your heritage with YHWH and Yahushua!
