Get Connected - Next Steps Our goal is to help people connect with God and with each other. How do people get connected and develop friendships in a church this big? At Free Christian Church we believe that everyone has a next step. If you are interested in meeting people, learning more about the church and how to grow spiritually, here are some good first steps. Attend an event and meet new people. Take the Alpha course and learn more about the church and how to grow spiritually. Check out a small group and share experiences, encouragement, prayer and support. Help with community service. The Alpha Course Alpha is an opportunity to explore the meaning of life and some of life s big questions, over ten Sunday evenings. Each session, people enjoy great food, laughter and learning in a fun and friendly atmosphere where no question about life or God is seen as too simple or too hostile. It is for anyone with questions about life or faith; no question is out of bounds and you are free to discuss as much or as little as you wish. People come from all kinds of backgrounds: some to investigate whether God exists; others may have attended church on and off all their lives but feel like they are missing something. Winter Dates: Alpha for everyone in North Andover Check-It-Out Dinner: Thursday Feb 1, 6:30p-8:30pm, FCC North Andover. Course runs on Thursdays, 6:30-8:45pm, starting Feb 8, FCC North Andover lower hall.
