Jesus was crucified as an atonement for sin. We Believe that Salvation is Through Faith In Christ (Romans 3:21-22a: Ephesians 2:-9) We are not saved by our good works, but by faith in the saving work of Christ on the cross. Faith is expressed by: Humbly trusting in Christ, not ourselves. (Romans 1:17) A genuine repentance from sin. (Luke 13:5) A public confession of Jesus as Savior and Lord. (Romans 10: 9-10) A submission to the command to be baptized into Christ. (Acts 2:3) Once again many baskets will be filled with food items given by families at FCC. Once again, we are partnering with LifeChoices Outreach Ministries, by participating in their 2011 Tree of Life. Trees are located in the Lighthouse and the main Church building. Simply take an ornament from one of the trees, purchase the item listed, and place it unwrapped under the tree with the ornament attached. Items received are used in the New Baby Baskets and distributed to LifeChoices clients when their babies are born. Items can be returned through Dec. 25th.
