Page A. GOD: The solitary (single), self-existent being, the creator of all things, who exists eternally without peers. Deuteronomy 6:4 Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: Malachi 2:10 Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us? why do we deal treacherously every man agains his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers? Isaiah 44:6 Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God. Isaiah 45:5 6 5I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me: 6That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else. Isaiah 46:9 Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, Isaiah 44:24 Thus saith the LORD, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the LORD that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself; Isaiah 45:18 For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else.
Page Psalm 86:10 For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: thou art God alone. THESE ARE ALL OLD TESTAMENT PASSAGES. GOD DELIBERATELY STRESSED HIS IDENTITY AND HIS UNIQUENESS. THERE IS NEVER AN INDICATION OF MORE THAN ONE PERSON COMPRISING THIS GOD, IN FACT THE SCRIPTURE PAINSTAKINGLY TEACHES THE EXACT OPPOSITE. THE NEW TESTAMENT OFFERS US NO REASON TO THINK ANYTHING DIFFERENT. EXAMINE THESE PASSAGES FROM THE NEW TESTAMENT AND THE GOSPELS: Mark 12:32 And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he: Romans 3:30 Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith. 1 Corinthians 8:6 But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him. Ephesians 4:6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. 1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; James 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
Page Galatians 3:20 Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one. John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. NOW THE ONLY QUESTION REMAINING IS THIS: WHAT DOES THE WORD "ONE" MEAN? WHAT DOES "ALONE" MEAN? ONE GOD, ONE PERSON, ONE, ONE, ONE! WHY IS THIS DIFFICULT?? THE MENTAL CALISTHENICS THAT MUST BE PERFORMED IN ORDER TO ARRIVE AT THE TRINITY REQUIRES THE WORD "ONE" TO MEAN "THREE" OR "THREE IN ONE", AND THE WORD "ALONE" MUST MEAN "TOGETHER". B. THE FATHER The one GOD, the entire deity, who performed the act of paternity upon the Virgin Mary. See above scriptures. John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. *NOTE: THIS ONE GOD WAS NOT REFERRED TO AS FATHER" IN THE OLD TESTAMENT. WHY DO YOU SUPPOSE THIS IS THE CASE?
Page 322 TIMES IN THE GOSPELS AND THE NEW TESTAMENT, GOD IS REFERRED TO AS "THE FATHER". THIS IS ACCORDING TO MY BEST COUNT. YOU MAY WANT TO COUNT THEM YOURSELF. IN THE OLD TESTAMENT, 0 TIMES...HMMM C. THE SON The man who was born at Bethlehem in whom GOD, the only person in the GODHEAD, dwelt. 1 Timothy 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. THE SCRIPTURE STATES THAT "THE FATHER" INHABITED FULLY THE SON THAT WAS BORN OF MARY. Colossians 2:9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 2 Corinthians 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. John 14:10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.
Page 1 Timothy 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. WHAT WAS THE SON OF GOD? Acts 2:22 Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know: Romans 5:15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many. 1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Hebrews 10:12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; Hebrews 3:3 For this man was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who hath builded the house hath more honour than the house.
Page Hebrews 7:24 But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood. Isaiah 53:3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Acts 17:31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead. Galatians 4:4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, JESUS WAS THE "SON" THAT MADE GOD A FATHER. MARY WAS THE MOTHER THAT MADE GOD A FATHER. HE WAS CALLED "THE SON OF GOD. NEVER, NOT ONCE, WAS HE EVER CALLED "GOD THE SON". NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER! NEVER WAS HE CALLED "THE ETERNAL SON". NEVER WAS HE CALLED THE "2ND PERSON OF THE TRINITY" (TRINITY IS A NON-BIBLICAL TERM) HE WAS THE SON OF GOD... JEHOVAH. HE WAS THE SON OF MAN... MARY.
