Summary Huzur gave a discourse on the manifestation of God being Wali of the pious and devout followers of Prophets of God in his Friday Sermon today. In continuation with previous sermons about Wali Huzur (aba) explained how God manifests being a Friend and Maula (Protector). Huzur (aba) said the foremost wali of Allah is the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) Due to the power of the holiness of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) the manifestation of God being a Wali of believers could be seen among his followers. Huzur (aba) related many incidences from the life of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), his companions and companions of the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) demonstrating that Allah was their Wali.

Chapter 41, Verse 32 We are your friends in this life and in the Hereafter. Therein you will have all that your souls will desire, and therein you will have all that you will ask for Al Wali Huzur (aba) said the foremost recipient of this statement is the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him)

و للا ي ع ص م ك م ن الن اس Chapter 5, verse 68 م ع ن ا ل ت ح ز ن ا ن للا Grieve not, Allah is with us And Allah will protect thee from men. Al Wali During his migration to Medina while he hid in a cave with Hadhrat Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him), the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) thus assured his companion,

Due to the power of the holiness of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) the manifestation of God being a Wali of believers could be seen among his followers. Huzur (aba) related many incidences from the life of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), his companions and companions of the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) demonstrating that Allah was their Wali. Al Wali

Maula of Zubair The Companions of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) Hadhrat Zubair s expressed his will to his son Abdullah bin Zubair at the time of battle of Jaml that after his death, his sons should pay all his debts by selling his property. He told his son that if at any time he would face problem in paying off the debt, he should seek help of his Maula (Protector) that is Allah. It is related that whenever the son faced any difficulty in paying off the debt, he would pray O Maula of Zubair, pay off his debt and the situation would be resolved. Allah is Wali of believers even after their death

A Companions of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) Ahsan bin Thabit was martyred deceptively. After taking the life of Ahsan the enemy tried to get hold of his head because a woman of the enemy had vowed to drink alcohol in his skull because he had killed her two sons at the Battle of Uhad. Allah protected the body of the martyr from enemy first by a swarm of bees and later there was flooding which swept Ahsan s body away. Thus God protected Ahsan even after death. Allah is Wali of believers even after their death

و ي ر ز ق ه م ن ح ي ث ل ي ح ت س ب Chapter 65, Verse 4 And will provide for him from where he expects not. Al Wali Al Wali Allah provides for His friends who have faith and Taqwa and put their trust in Allah

Huzur (aba) explained Once, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) sent some of his Companions on an expedition with just one bag of dates for food. They would eat just eat one date a day and lived on soaked leaves They found a huge fish by the sea which they ate after initial hesitation. The fish lasted them a month. They also utilised its oil. On their return they told the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) and he said they had done the correct thing.

و ا خ ر ي ن م ن ه م ل م ا ي ل ح ق و ا ب ه م Chapter 62, Verse 4 And among others from among them who have not yet joined them. Al Wali In fulfilment of His promise, God sent the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) and also blessed his followers with manifestations of Him being their Wali.

Al Wali Allah When Hadhrat Maulana Nur-ud-din was asked that what more could an exceptional person like him have gained from the bai at of the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace)? The reply was that there were many gains but one was that while previously he could have the blessed sighting of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) in his sleep, ---- after bai at he could also experience it while awake. He said one tremendous benefit of the company of the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) was that the love of the world had completely cooled off from his heart.

Al Wali Allah Huzur (aba) gave an example of blessings of prayers in extraordinary monetary help for one of the companion of the Promised Messiah ( on whom be peace). Huzur (aba) related an incidence of miraculous recovery of a very ill baby who bled profusely after circumcision went wrong, as a blessing of acceptance of prayer. Huzur (aba) also related an incidence when Allah the Exalted granted a baby son to a childless lady after prayers of a companion of the Promised Messiah ( on whom be peace) were accepted.

Al Wali Allah Huzur (aba) said God has always manifested a sense of honour for the Promised Messiah and continues to do so but those who do not wish to understand this, will not. God s connection with the Promised Messiah, with the Community prevails to this day God demonstrates to those who turn to Him in complete sincerity that anyone can partake of nearness of God and become His wali. The Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) said that God declares that whoever bears animosity with His wali is tantamount to preparing war against God. He said that friends of God have the tenor of children of God. When a person opposes them God s sense of honour is aroused. Friends of God are people who negate their self in God s way and who forsake all personal desires and only follow what is God s will. When one opposes a believer such as this how could one be also called a believer? Hurting one who is commissioned by God can never bear good fruit.

Rana Saleem Ahmad sahib of Sangher in Pakistan was martyred outside the mosque yesterday by being shot at point blank range. He was well educated, a Moosi, who was very active in the Community and was running a very popular school in the area. He leaves behind a widow, two daughters and a son. May God grant them steadfastness and elevate the station of the deceased. Giani Abdul Latif sahib Dervish passed away at the age of eighty-two. He was one of the 313 Dervishes of the era of Hadhrat Musleh Maud (may Allah be pleased with him). He served the Community in various capacities and had been a manager of Al Fazl. Despite financial hardship, he was always cheerful and cheered everyone in his company. One of his daughters is the sadr Lajna of Qadian and his children are being enabled to serve the Community in different capacities. May God enable them to follow in the footsteps of their father and may He elevate the station of the deceased. The sad news of demise of

May we always engage ourselves in the remembrance of Allah May we always seek nearness to Allah May we are always recipient of Allah s blessings Aameen
