and do righteous deeds and remember Allah much and defend themselves after they were wronged. And those who have wronged will come to know to return they will return. In the name Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. 1. Ta S. These are the Verses the Quran and a clear Book 2. A guidance and glad tidgs f the believers, 3. Those who establish prayer and give zakah and they believe with certaty the Hereafter. 4. Indeed, those who do not believe the Hereafter, We have made their deeds fairseemg to them, so they wander bldly. 5. Those are the ones who will have an evil punishment, and the Hereafter they will be the greatest losers. 6. And deed, you receive the Quran the All-Wise, the All- Knower. 7. When Musa said to his family, `Indeed, I perceive a fire. I will brg you there some fmation, I will brg you a burng tch so you may ÏÔ- òøüó Ç 527 ÎÖ -úàó ¾ ëâ and defend themselves those who 227 the Most Merciful. 1 establish clear believe with certaty. the Hereafter, 4 much, Allah And will come to know they will return. ÏÔ- òøüó Ç 528 ÎÖ -úàó ¾ ëâ many warm yourselves.` 8. But when he came to it, he was called, `Blessed is [] he was called he came to it, But when 7 warm yourselves.` `Blessed is whoever is at the fire and whoever is around it. And gly be to Allah the Ld the (the) Ld (to) Allah And gly be (is) around it. and whoever the fire (is) at who wlds. 9. O Musa! Indeed, I Am Allah, the All- the All-Wise.` the All-Mighty, Allah, I Am Indeed, O Musa! 8 () the wlds. Mighty, the All-Wise.` 10. And (he was told), `Throw your staff.` But when he saw it movg (were) a snake as if it movg he saw it But when your staff.` And, `Throw 9 as if it were a snake, he turned back flight and did not return. (Allah fear. (Do) not Musa! look back. and (did) not () flight he turned back said) Musa! Do not fear. Indeed, the Messengers do not fear My presence. who Except 10 the Messengers. () My presence fear (do) not Indeed, [I] 11. Except he who wrongs then substitutes good after evil, then deed, I Oft-Fgivg, then deed, I Am evil, after good substitutes then wrongs Am Oft-Fgivg, Most Merciful. 12. And put your hand to the openg your it will come fth your bosom to your hand And enter 11 Most Merciful. bosom, it will come fth white without harm. (These are) among the ne signs to Firaun to signs ne (These are) among harm. without white Firaun and his people. Indeed, they are a defiantly disobedient 12 defiantly disobedient. a people are Indeed, they and his people. people. 13. But when Our visible Signs came to them, they said, `This is manifest.` (is) a magic `This they said, visible, Our Signs came to them But when a manifest magic.` 14. And they rejected them (i.e., the signs), themselves, though were convced with them (signs) them, And they rejected 13 though they themselves were convced with them, out justice and haughtess. Grant me the power and ability I may thank You f Your Fav, which You have bestowed on me and on my parents and I may do righteous deeds will please You. And admit me by Your Mercy to (the ranks ) Your righteous slaves.` 20. And he spected the birds and said, `Why do I not see the hoopoe, is he among the absent? 21. I will surely punish him with a severe punishment slaughter him unless he brgs me a clear reason. 22. But he (i.e., hoopoe) stayed not long ÏÔ- òøüó Ç 529 ÎÖ -úàó ¾ ëâ And he said, () the birds, (is) the fav jn when ants! while they and said, which Dawood. Until, Sulaiman (the) language surely, it his hosts 17 and his hosts her speech righteous (deeds), Your slaves not 20 (f) Your Fav `Why this an ant, at I may do among And herited 15 We have been taught Indeed, f Sulaiman thg. (were) set rows. Sulaiman said every the believers.` His servants And were gathered and they () the ants, lest not crush you So he smiled - laughg I may thank You and said, the absent? I will surely slaughter him long, not and by Your Mercy So he stayed the birds my parents severe 21 people! and we have been given 16 and the birds, (the) valley to your dwellgs 18 Grant me (the) power and on And admit me And he spected is he on me (with) a punishment clear. a reason 19 evident.` and the men they came Enter (do) not perceive.` `My Ld! and he said, `I have encompassed which you have not encompassed, and I have come to you Saba with certa news. 23. Indeed, I found (there) a woman rulg them, and she has been given everythg, and she has a great throne. 24. And I found her and her people prostratg to the sun stead Allah, and Shaitaan has made fairseemg to them their deeds and averted them the Way, so they are not guided, 25. That not they prostrate to Allah, the One Who brgs fth the hidden the heavens and the earth and knows you conceal and you declare, 26. Allah - there is no god but He, the Ld the Great Throne.` 27. He (Sulaiman) said, `We will see whether you speak the truth you are the liars. 28. Go with my letter and deliver it to them. Then turn away them and see (answer) they return.` 29. She said, chiefs! Indeed, a noble letter has been delivered to me. 30. Indeed, it is Sulaiman, and deed it is, Ìn the Name Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, 31. Do not exalt yourselves agast me, but come to me ÏÔ- òøüó á Ç 530 ÎÖ -úàó ¾ Ü %Â it, found you have encompassed and f her prostratg the Shaitaan 24 you declare, Indeed, I thg guided, the hidden () the Throne 22 every and her people to them and (are) not brgs fth (the) Ld not certa. which with news `I have encompassed Saba and she has been given And I found her and has made fair-seemg so they you conceal whether you speak (the) truth and deliver it She said, Indeed, it 28 29 this, the Most Gracious, but come to me He, with my letter, they return.` noble. They said, `We are possesss strength and great might, and the command is yours, so consider you will command.` 34. But deed, I will send to them a gift and see with (reply) the messengers return.` 36. So when (they) came to Sulaiman, he said, `Will you provide me with wealth? Return to them, we will surely come to them with hosts they cannot resist, and we will surely expel them there humiliation, and they will be abased.` 38. He (Sulaiman) said, chiefs! Which you will brg me her throne befe they come to me submission?` 39. A strong one the jn said, `I will brg it to you befe you rise your place. (as) submissive.`` `We I would be They said, and the command `Indeed, She said, (the) most honable But But deed, I am the messengers.` you with wealth? Nay, surely, we will come to them and surely, we will drive them out () submission?` befe they come to me will brg it to you Surah 27: The Ants (v. 32-39) Part - 19 37 `I
strong and trustwthy f it (i.e., the task).` 40. Said one who had knowledge the Scripture, `I will brg it to you befe your glance returns to you.` Then when he (Sulaiman) saw it placed befe him, he said, `This is the Fav my Ld to test me whether I am grateful ungrateful. And whoever is grateful, then he is grateful only f his own soul. And whoever is ungrateful, then deed, my Ld is Self-sufficient, Noble. 41. `Disguise her throne f her we may see whether she will be guided will be those who are not guided.` 42. So when she came, it was said, `Is your throne like this?` She said, `It is (just) like it.` (Sulaiman said), `And we were given the knowledge befe her, and we have been Muslims.` 43. And which she used to wship besides Allah had averted her ( submission to Allah). Indeed, she was a disbelievg people. 44. It was said to her, `Enter the palace.` Then when she saw it, she thought it was a pool, and she uncovered her shs. `Indeed, it is a palace made smooth glass.` She said, `My Ld, deed, I have wronged myself, and I submit with Sulaiman to Allah, the Ld the wlds.` ÏÔ- òøüó Ç 532 ÎÖ -úàó ¾ ëâ (was) knowledge your glance.` (the) Fav And whoever (is) ungrateful, f her those who with him to you (is) one who, returns `This I am ungrateful. `Disguise your throne?` befe her wship 43 she thought it (is) a palace myself, 44 And whoever will be `Is like this she used (to) the knowledge who disbelieve. she saw it, `Indeed, it [I] have wronged () the wlds.` Said befe he said, f his own soul. 40 it was said, 39 trustwthy.` surely, strong, will brg it to you befe him, whether I am grateful Noble. placed he is grateful `I the Scripture, he saw it to test me (is) Self-sufficient, whether she will be guided she came, `And we were given And has averted her a people Then when deed, I (the) Ld her shs. was So when 42 the palace.` `My Ld, [on] She said, to Allah, it.` then only my Ld we will see 41 `It was like f it Then when () my Ld, (is) grateful then deed, her throne; are not guided.` She said, Muslims.` and we have been Indeed, she `Enter Allah. to her, and she uncovered Sulaiman glass.` with besides It was said (was) a pool, made smooth and I submit Surah 27: The Ants (v. 40-44) Part - 19
45. And certaly, We sent to Thamud their brother Salih (sayg), `Wship Allah.` Then behold! They became two parties quarrelg. 46. my people! Why do you seek to hasten the evil befe good? Why do you not ask fgiveness Allah so you may receive mercy?` 47. They said, `We consider you a bad omen and those with you.` `Your bad omen is with Allah. Nay, you are a people beg tested.` 48. And there were ne family heads the city spreadg cruption the land and not refmg. 49. They said, `Swear to each other by Allah we will attack him and his family by night. Then we will say to his heir, Ẁe did not witness the destruction his family, and deed, we are truthful.`` 50. So they plotted a plot, and We planned a plan, while they did not perceive. 51. Then see how was the end their plot, We destroyed them and all their people. 52. So, these are their houses, ÏÔ- òøüó Ç 533 ÎÖ -úàó ¾ ëâ `Wship the good?, 45 receive mercy?` with you.` you the city the land by Allah to his heir, befe Salih quarrelg. the evil so you may and those Nay, their brother Thamud (became) two parties to They (do) you seek to hasten () Allah `We consider you a bad omen Allah. And were `Swear to each other 47 (is) with they were spreadg cruption we will surely say Then (are) surely truthful.`` and deed, we a plan, how destroyed them and We planned Then see (are) their houses, They said, 50 We So, these We sent Then behold! Why you ask fgiveness They said, `Your bad omen beg tested.` 48 and his family. () his family, a plot family heads, refmg. And certaly, Allah.` my people! Why not 46 (are) a people ne and not surely, we will attack him by night, (the) destruction perceive. () their plot, 51 So they plotted all. (did) not we witnessed (the) end 49 while they was Ǹot and their people Surah 27: The Ants (v. 45-52) Part - 19

So We saved him and his family, except his wife; We dested her to be those who remaed behd. 58. And We raed on them a ra, and evil was the ra on those who were warned. 59. Say, `All praise be to Allah, and peace be on His slaves whom He has chosen. Is Allah better they associate (with Him)?` ÏÔ- òøüó Ç 534 ÎÖ -úàó ¾ ëâ those who And Lut, [the] immality approach you (the) answer And We saved `Drive out (are) people except 57 (the) ra to Allah, Nay, 53 Indeed, 52 `Do you commit Why do you was they said, Indeed, they and his family, the women? But not they wronged. who know. fear (Allah). your town. to his people, 54 So We saved him those who remaed behd. and was evil He has chosen. 59 `All praise (be) those whom a ra, say, His slaves they associate (with Him)?` stead 55 (to be) 58 because f a people and used (to) except 56 see?
