The Bridge Church Israel In October 2018 Bridge Church will travel as a family together to the Holy Land of Israel. To the places where Jesus, the Apostles and the Prophets walked, taught, prophesied, loved and prayed. Our pilgrimage will turn the pages of your Bible from black and white into colour. The Bible will never be the same again. Dr Brendan Roach, Archaeologist and biblical scholar, will guide us through the lands of the Bible exploring scripture, history, archaeology and local culture. Local guides will bring Jewish culture and history to life with insight and passion. Our journey begins in the southern Biblical city of Beersheba, travelling the shores of the Dead Sea along the Jordan river to the great city of Jerusalem. We will experience the richness of modern day Jerusalem imbedded into the ancient city of David. We will walk the Old City with it markets and biblical stories at every turn. We will then travel the coast plains of the Mediterranean to explore ancient Biblical cities; to the places where healing and miracles occurred. Then we find ourselves floating on the Sea of Galilee, the ministry hub of Jesus. Finally, we travel to north to Caesarea Philippi and Tel Dan. North, South, East and West we cover the land. A once in a lifetime journey. Join us as we fellowship together and walk in the footsteps of Jesus.
