Currently, prices for group flights on US Airways are far exceeding the prices available for flights purchased individually. While we continue to explore group flight rates, please feel free to purchase your flight individually. The flights must arrive in Israel by Wednesday, June 18th at 5:00pm and can depart beginning around 10:30pm on Sunday, June 29th or shortly after midnight on June 30th. We will arrange your airport pickup/drop-off accordingly at no additional charge. I plan to purchase my tickets individually and will provide flight information when it becomes available. I am interested in more information regarding the group flight when it becomes available. Terms of Participation. A $250/person deposit is due with registration by February 2, 2014. The balance of payment is due by March 18, 2014. Participants that cancel after April 18 th are entitled to a refund minus the deposit. Participants who cancel after May 1, 2014 are entitled to refund minus a $1,000/person cancellation fee. Participants who cancel after June 10, 2014 are not eligible for a refund.
