PREFACE Alhamdulillahirrabbilalamiin, all the praises and thanks be to Allah, The Most Gracious and The Most Merciful, for giving me health and strength to complete this thesis entitled EYL Teachers Strategies In Conducting Speaking Assessments. This thesis is presented in partial fulfillment of the requirement for the master s degree in English Education at School of Postgraduate Studies of Indonesia University of Education. This thesis is based on observations, interviews, and document analyses. Therefore, I would like to thank all those who have helped in the process of this thesis. I do realize that there could be many fundamental flaws in this thesis. Therefore, any comments, criticisms, and suggestions will be much appreciated and welcomed. Overall, I do hope that this thesis contributes to the language education, especially EYL teachers in assessing their students so the students skill can be measured effectively.
