Dear Fr. McGuire and St. Daniel the Prophet Parishioners, I want to thank you so much for the opportunity for the baby bottle drive to be conducted on behalf of Aid to Women Center at your parish. You are blessed with a very generous parish. The baby bottle drive raised $5,022.92 for the Aid to Women Center. Baby bottle drives are one of our biggest fundraisers. With these funds, we are better able to serve those who have no place to go for prenatal care. One such young lady came to us wanting to abort her baby. She was in college and the father of the baby was pressuring her to have an abortion. The you women is Catholic, attended Catholic schools and even attended the March for Life in DC. After a pregnancy test, an ultrasound, counseling and resource referrals, the couple made a decision for life! As a pro-life pregnancy center, we want to be able to support mothers to make a decision to carry their babies to term, continue to support her throughout the pregnancy, and after giving birth. All of this is possible due to the generosity of your parishioners. You parish conducted an excellent baby bottle drive and we are forever grateful for your support. May God continue to bless you and your parish. In Gratitude, Joe Kendra Executive director Aid to Women Center Celebrate Life Ministry Epiphany of the Lord God s glory continues to shine in our world.
