I don t think there i any peron, anywhere, that could have cripted thi tory, for the tory itelf i far too original. God called me to preach in the fall of 1990 and I began preaching that very ame year. I ve experienced Hi hand and Hi heart moving me through the journey of minitry from the very beginning. There have been many time where I felt Hi prompting directing me and my family in way that were definitely unexpected. However, I can promie you thi, albeit true that neither my family nor the ClearView family could have predicted any of thi, I have never, ever felt God call o trongly, nor heard Hi voice o clearly, a I have with ClearView. FAQ 1. What i the proce the Pator Search Committee ued to review candidate and to work with the Vanderbloemen Search Group? 6. A member of ClearView, how can we prepare ourelve for a new Senior Pator? The Pator Search Committee began the earch proce in April 2017 by agreeing that we wanted a unanimou deciion from the team a we began working with the Vanderbloemen Search Group. The Pator Search Committee met weekly to dicern God leading toward the next Senior Pator for ClearView. In July, taff from the Vanderbloemen team pent time at ClearView meeting with a variety of church member and taff. They attended worhip ervice and met with the Pator Search Committee. The Pator Search Committee created a church profile and video for potential candidate. All reume were ent to Vanderbloemen and they looked at all the candidate. Pray for our next pator and hi family. Pray that we welcome them to ClearView and into our church family with open arm and heart. Pray for our church body a we get to know our new pator and he get to know u. Introduce yourelf to our new pator and hi family and give them time to learn name and the need of ClearView. 2. Were other candidate interviewed prior to electing Jaon? Working with the Vanderbloemen team the Pator Search Committee moved from over 300 candidate to even that Vanderbloemen vetted and believed bet fit the ClearView profile. After litening to ermon from thee final candidate and further tudy, thi lit wa narrowed down to three candidate. The Pator Search Committee met with all of thee candidate individually. After prayer and guidance from the Lord, the Pator Search Committee unanimouly voted and believed Jaon Cruie wa the next Pator to hepherd ClearView. Jaon clearly ha a calling on hi life to pator and preach the gopel. He ha erved in variou churche a Senior Pator or other miniterial role for over 25 year. In addition to erving a a Senior Pator, Jaon ha led a men minitry network peaking and writing for over 10 year. Over the lat even year he wa the coach and hepherd at Lee Company a their Corporate Chaplain. Hi experience and character wa confirmed a we continued to eek information and reference on Jaon. In the end, it wa clear that the Holy Spirit wa leading all on the Pator Search Committee to vote unanimouly to preent Jaon Cruie in view of a call a the next Senior Pator for ClearView. 4. When would Jaon tart in hi new role a ClearView Senior Pator? Pending a vote by the church on December 17, 2017, Jaon would begin a Senior Pator at ClearView on January 3, 2018 and would begin preaching on Sunday, January 7, 2018. He will preach a minimum of 42 time a year. 5. What will be Jaon primary area of reponibility? A a church you aked for a hepherding pator, a teacher and communicator of God Word, omeone to et the viion for ClearView and to lead our church body. The Pator Search Committee believe Jaon i all thee thing and more. Jaon often decribe himelf a a coach. He will be reponible for leading taff and the church body a we all eek to live in obedience to God.
