WELCOME TO PENTECOST METHODIST CHURCH It is a joy and privilege to have you with us today. This congregation has been worshipping and serving God in Pasir Ris since 1994. Our name, Pentecost, signifies the power of the Holy Spirit given to all believers for the purpose of witnessing to God's reality in this world. In PMC, we seek to be disciples of Jesus Christ who experience God's power in Prayer, God's love in Community and God's joy in Witness. UNLABELLED RUN Unlabelled Run, initiated by The New Charis Mission (TNCM) in 2016, goes beyond the notion of reintegration and second chances for ex-convicts. It advocates a conscious effort to remove the labels on not just transformed exoffenders but also everyone in general. TNCM believes that transformed exoffenders can contribute actively to society and every person in our midst, without prejudice, can and will be recognised for his or her merit. Unlabelled Run advocates unlabelling. We are not what others label us to be. This year, the Unlabelled Run focuses on the youths and these young ones could be the leaders of tomorrow. But if they are being labelled, their potential could be buried and their passion killed. As such, let s come together to advocate unlabelling so that the youths and everyone will have the opportunities to live out their potential with passion.
