The Holy Spirit The First Work of The Holy Spirit Peter 2:9-0 (NKJV) 9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; 0 who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy. V9 a Royal Priesthood Special People V0 not A people BUT are now THE people of God You ve been exalted to Royalty as His children The right hand or side of the king is the place of the inheritor of the kingdom. Second only to the king himself the highest honor in the kingdom. Acts 2:2- (NKJV) 2 This Jesus God has raised up, of which we are all witnesses. Therefore being exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He poured out this which you now see and hear. Acts :- (NKJV) When they heard these things they were cut to the heart, and they gnashed at him with their teeth. But he, being full of the Holy Spirit, gazed into heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God, and said, "Look! I see the heavens opened and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God!" Matthew 2:- (AMP) And He will cause the sheep to stand at His right hand, but the goats at His left. Then the King will say to those at His right hand, Come, you blessed of My Father [you favored of God and appointed to eternal salvation], inherit (receive as your own) the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. We are the sheep at His right hand. Place of royalty and honor. There is no question where we stand with God!!! It s at God s Exalted Position He called it that, Not me Acts 2: It s your rightful inheritance Receive it!! Jesus said this who are we to argue with Him.
Ephesians 2:- (NKJV) But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. You are in Christ NOW You are royalty and royalty has its privileges!! You are favored and highly blessed. Every day is a blessed day. This was God s plan from the very beginning Adam and Eve were blessed every day. Jesus came to redeem us from the curse that Adam brought on us. Are We Really His Children Matthew 8:28-29 (NKJV) 28 When He had come to the other side, to the country of the Gergesenes, there met Him (saw Him) two demonpossessed men, coming out of the tombs, exceedingly fierce, so that no one could pass that way. 29 And suddenly they cried out, saying, "What have we to do with You, Jesus, You Son of God? Have You come here to torment us before the time?" Mark :0-2 (NKJV) 0 For He healed many, so that as many as had afflictions pressed about Him to touch Him. And the unclean spirits, whenever they saw Him, fell down before Him and cried out, saying, "You are the Son of God." 2 But He sternly warned them that they should not make Him known. Luke :- (NKJV) Now in the synagogue there was a man who had a spirit of an unclean demon. And he cried out with a loud voice, saying, "Let us alone! What have we to do with You, Jesus of Nazareth? Did You come to destroy us? I know who You are--the Holy One of God!" But Jesus rebuked him, saying, "Be quiet, and come out of him!" And when the demon had thrown him in their midst, it came out of him and did not hurt him. Demons knew who Jesus was The spirit realm could see him as the Son of God.. They cried out 2. Declared who He was The Son of God 2
Matthew :- (NKJV) Now after six days Jesus took Peter, James, and John his brother, led them up on a high mountain by themselves; 2 and He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light. And behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with Him. Then Peter answered and said to Jesus, "Lord, it is good for us to be here; if You wish, let us make here three tabernacles: one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elijah." While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them; and suddenly a voice came out of the cloud, saying, "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear Him!" This is what He looked like in the spirit realm all along. The demonic realm clearly ID Him as The Son of God. Acts 9:- (NKJV) Now God worked unusual miracles by the hands of Paul, 2 so that even handkerchiefs or aprons were brought from his body to the sick, and the diseases left them and the evil spirits went out of them. Then some of the itinerant Jewish exorcists took it upon themselves to call the name of the Lord Jesus over those who had evil spirits, saying, "We exorcise you by the Jesus whom Paul preaches." Also there were seven sons of Sceva, a Jewish chief priest, who did so. And the evil spirit answered (No Cry out) and said, "Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are you?" Let me translate Jesus I know in hell He s the Son of God. Paul I know in hell he s a son of God. But who in hell are you you are obviously NOT one. There was Clear Identification with God they re of God s family and kingdom. Acts 8:-8 (NKJV) Therefore those who were scattered went everywhere preaching the word. Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria and preached Christ to them. And the multitudes with one accord heeded the things spoken by Philip, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did. For unclean spirits, crying with a loud voice, came out of many who were possessed; and many who were paralyzed and lame were healed. 8 And there was great joy in that city. He walks into town and Demons crying and leaving Smith Wiggelsworth Train, you convict us of our sins.
We are His Kids John :2- (NKJV) 2 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. You have the right to become Children of God Born of God You are His spiritual offspring. You have His DNA John :- (AMP) Jesus answered him, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, that unless a person is born again (anew, from above), he cannot ever see (know, be acquainted with, and experience) the kingdom of God. Nicodemus said to Him, How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter his mother's womb again and be born? Jesus answered, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, unless a man is born of water and [even] the Spirit, he cannot [ever] enter the kingdom of God. What is born of [from] the flesh is flesh [of the physical is physical]; and what is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not [do not be surprised, astonished] at My telling you, You must all be born anew (from above). Everything reproduces after its own kind orange to orange people to people Spirit to spirit Matthew : (NKJV) "Assuredly, I say to you, among those born of women there has not risen one greater than John the Baptist; but he who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he. Why? Up til John the Baptize no one was born again. Corinthians : (NKJV) But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him. Jesus Spirit DNA with your spirit DNA = born again child of God. John :9 (AMP) 9 No one born (begotten) of God [deliberately, knowingly, and habitually] practices sin, for God's nature abides in him [His principle of life, the divine sperm, remains permanently within him]; and he cannot practice sinning because he is born (begotten) of God. We are Born of God The Divine Sperm John (that which is born of the H.S. is spirit) born again. James :-8 (NLT) (New 9--20) Whatever is good and perfect comes down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in the heavens. He never changes or casts a shifting shadow. 8 He chose to give birth to us by giving us his true word. And we, out of all creation, became his prized possession.
2 Corinthians :-8 (NKJV) Therefore, from now on, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him thus no longer. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 8 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, We don t regard anyone by their out flesh regard them by their spirit. You are a born of God, new creation, sons of God. EX: Water Bottles Jesus and My spirit are one. Philippians 2:- (NKJV) Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, 2 Corinthians :- (NKJV) whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them. For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord, and ourselves your bondservants for Jesus' sake. For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. Romans 9:2-2 (NKJV) 2 As He says also in Hosea: "I will call them My people, who were not My people, And her beloved, who was not beloved." 2 "And it shall come to pass in the place where it was said to them, 'You are not My people,' There they shall be called sons of the living God." Galatians :2-29 (NKJV) 2 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 2 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. Galatians :- (NKJV) Now I say that the heir, as long as he is a child, does not differ at all from a slave, though he is master of all, 2 but is under guardians and stewards until the time appointed by the father. Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world. But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons. And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, "Abba, Father!" Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.
Romans 8:2-2 (KJV) 2 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, (AMP the Spirit producing sonship) whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit itself (Himself) beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. 8 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. 9 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. 20 For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, 2 Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. 22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. 2 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. Ephesians : (KJV) Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; AFV son watching his dad eat and copied his every move. We are God s royal line and all the privileges that come with it. Ephesians 2:- (KJV) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. This is for all eternity.
