Ten years ago Robin and I began Kentucky ministry together at Freedom Center. There is peace and joy when one follows in obedience to God s call in service. For He is faithful to complete what He begins. We are so bless in EKY to know Jesus, we have peace! We pray that you may have peace in a relationship with Him.
Thanks to Kershaw BA, Camden, SC missionaries for Bible fellowship/suppers and their service to God in EKY for the past 11 years. This week and throughout the years SC missionaries have given us groceries and cooked meals to share with our neighbors. It has been most appreciated and has met our needs. They have blessed so many folks: with roofs, bathroom and kitchen repairs and have seen many transformed lives. We had a nice group in Bible Fellowship this week! Folks were blessed as we served about 55 men, women, and children on the last Wednesday of month. Also, enjoyed some one on one time with several folks. One man came in to get clothes and began to share the love of Jesus and praising our Lord throughout the shop. We have enjoyed meeting new missionaries this year from Providence BC, Raleigh, NC. Their team work on interior wood trim, hung doors; and Lake Murray, SC missionaries serviced the heating/ac unit and installed other items in Agape house. God timing is perfect He sends to right people with the right skills to accomplish the work. Praise our Father for His children as they serve Him in Kentucky and for their safe travels and work. AGAPE HOUSE projects to do and needs: Install vinyl floors in bathroom/laundry room Install wood trim crown mold, base board & door frames
Install toilets, shower, and vanities Bunk bed mattresses Install light fixtures Insulate floors underneath house Build wooden deck Agape House is a place where missionaries stay when they GO to serve. Agape perfectly describes the kind of love Jesus Christ has for His Father and for His followers: Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.
