What is your definition of success in your business? Is it about money? Number of people on your mailing list? Or is it something much deeper, like how you feel when you are delivering your services and how big a difference you make in the world? Hi, I m Marcia Bench, Marketing & Manifesting Mentor and long-time entrepreneur. 2 And what I know is that while the difference between entrepreneurs who are sought-after leaders in their specialty area and those who are just another provider may seem subtle and intangible, it s not. These sought after entrepreneurs - what I call Conscious Experts are not only emotionally excited about what they offer, but they have done their work to become energetically aligned as well. There are four important components that you need to activate in order to create a business that makes a big difference in the world:
3 Without any one of these, your business will feel like and unsteady stool that Will not support you. Let s look at each of them individually as part of our Chakra Profit Power approach. 1. Calling. What I first started my work in the information (coaching/consulting) business, it was as a result of having discovered - finally after 18 years of searching - my life purpose. It became my calling: to help dissatisfied employees, and later entrepreneurs, identify their life purpose and build their work or business around it. That was what finally created fulfillment for me after job hopping for many years. And it has done the same for the
thousands of students, clients, and other members of our community over the last than two decades. Why do you do what you do? What are you are new to entrepreneurship or a seasoned pro, the core of your motivation should be a deep calling to help others and make the unique difference that you alone are qualified to make. So before we even talk about aligning your energy and chakras to equip you for the next level of growth, be sure that you are solid in your awareness that 4 your business is your calling 2. Chakra Clearing. Then we are really ready to get into Chakra Profit Power. We can try to fool ourselves by saying that our past hurts, disappointments, tragedies, crises, and letdowns have nothing to do with what s happening today but we will be wrong. It is impossible to separate our past from our present, especially because each experience we have leaves energetic residue in our bodies. Indeed, if not addressed, it can lead to cancer and other serious illnesses. But inside of you, as in each one of us, are eight energy centers, each of which are either open or closed, flowing or blocked, around a certain specific
life issues. Your business, at its essence, primarily helps people with one of those energy centers. We call those the eight Chakra Business Types. Consider the reason that you decided to download this report. Are you feeling on grounded or like you or your message haven t really discovered your ideal audience? That is connected to chakra 1. On the other hand, are you clear and grounded regarding your message and tribe, but face fear when you try to articulate what you know to be true? That connects to chakra 5. 5 Once you identify what has been holding you back, and the essential gift that your business offers, you can then heal and transform it. You will notice a tremendous release of new energy when that happens. And your audience will feel it. Here s a quick overview of the eight Chakra Business Types: 1 Grounding 2 - Expressive 3 Empowerment 4 Lover 5 Teacher 6 Intuitive 7 Connector 8 - Oneness
3. Creation Laws. The third ingredient in our Chakra Profit Power system for Conscious Experts Is the Laws of Creation. No doubt you have heard of the Law of Attraction. But it is just one of at least eight or 10 key principles that are operating all the time in each of our lives. The question is, are we manifesting on purpose or by default? Once we realize that the people and situations in our life are a reflection of our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, we become empowered to change those results. If you were to see a spot on your clothing in the mirror, you 6 wouldn t try to scratch it out on the mirror, right? You would remove it from your clothing and the mirror would reflect back the outfit without the spot. Think about the clients you have now. What attributes do they share? What income level are they? Are they high maintenance or easy to work with? Are they positive or negative in their outlook? They are simply reflecting your thoughts and beliefs. And since this report is about up-leveling to attract higher end clients, you know what I m about to say next: to attract clients willing to pay higher fees, with a better outlook, and bigger goals, you need to embrace those qualities within yourself first. And you need to live your life from the standpoint of who you are becoming, not you ve been in the past.
4. Conscious Business Strategy. We have clarified our calling, cleared our chakras, and begun to consciously use some of the Laws of Creation, we her then ready to get the full benefit of Conscious Business Strategy. Most people get it backwards they keep trying new strategy hoping to overcome challenges and their business that are actually internal or energetic in nature. Using affirmations, visualization, and meditation are powerful tools I use them daily. But they alone will not create results in the physical world you need to take action too. 7 The question is, what action is best to take next? Perhaps you are looking to get your initial business focus clarified, or you might be rebranding or moving into a new area of specialty. How do you lay that out and connect with the people that are looking for it in such a way that you become known as a Conscious Expert? Strategy: In our experience, there are eight key steps to is solid Conscious Business
8 CONSCIOUS CLIENT ATTRACTION BLUEPRINT First, your purpose, calling, mission and vision must be clear. Second, you must understand your unique slice of the marketplace. It is no longer enough to simply have a niche, today you need a micro-niche, and you need to be very specific about how you unconsciously connect with your audience what we call Brand Archetypes. The third important pillar is having a Conscious Signature System a series of key benchmarks for which each of your clients must go in order to get the desired result with which you help them.
Fourth, it is critical that you avoid offering one-off sessions or limiting yourself to 1:1 services only. Conscious Experts sell their services in packages, usually at least two levels, and charge premium prices for their services. This component alone sets you apart and attracts higher-end clients. Now, you re ready to begin to share your carefully crafted services packages with those who need them and are looking for them. There are seven steps in the Conscious Marketing process, encompassing both online and offline strategies. 9 Once someone expresses interest in your services, you need to know how to turn Conscious Conversations to Clients. This is the process we help our clients use to enroll clients into their programs and it has a specific structure to it. Following the enrollment, it is critical that you provide outstanding client service in order to retain them for their initial investment and for future investments they may make with you. This is step seven. Once all of this is working well, you then need a clear plan for leverage and growth including staff, systems, and strategy.
Your Next Steps Whew! We ve covered a lot just in this short few pages. But it s kind of like building a house if you looked at the full building plan and blueprints, it would be daunting.
