Achieving what ever you desire first starts with having the right posit ive frame of mind and thinking. You have the power to attain what you want, but first you must have the right foundation.
M I N D S E T 1. Mindset You can have dreams, and it's okay to have grand dreams. You may have a specific job you want to land in mind or that job you've been dying to get that has the right benefits and salary, there may even be a house or car you've been lusting over and that's all great, but if you don't have the right foundation, which is your mindset all the things you want will just stay things you want. Our thoughts are energy and you are attracting what you are thinking. Life and the Universe is always communicating with you and it's wanting to give you what you want, but you have to have the right frame of mind. Negative Thought Example: "I have a great resume and I am qualified for this job, but they have too many others just as qualified apply and being interviewed. " We have thousands of thoughts throughout the day some good, but mostly thoughts of distraction. To manifest what you're wanting, you must eliminate those negative, distracting thoughts that come to mind with positive ones. Change that statement to: "YES! I have a great resume and I am qualified and my heart would be fulfilled to have that position, and what is mine is mine in divine order."
A F F I R M A T I O N 2. affirmation After you understood that your thinking has to be inline with your feelings and emotions and you've understood the importance of combating a negative thought with a positive one, your next step is to write an affirmation. 2. Make your affirmations short, sweet and to the point. 3. The most powerful affirmation starts with "I" or "My." In short, an affirmation is a verbal or written statement asserting the truth of something, it can be anything. Steps on how to write an affirmation: 1. Choose one negative thought you have about yourself and make it a positive. Example: I need more money for my bills. "I have all the money I need and more to cover bills and then more." 4. Don't start your affirmation with "I want" or "I need." 5. Write your affirmations in the present tense. Below are some great affirmations I love to say: "I believe I can achieve anything." "I have all the things I need right now." "Success is flowing onto me." "I have no worries, I am peaceful." "I am open to all my gifts at this now."
C H A K R A 3. chakras Chakras are energy centers within the human body that help to regulate all its processes, from organ function to the immune system and emotions. Each chakra has its own vibrational frequency, that is depicted through a specific chakra color, and governs specific functions that help make you, well, human. That is why it's so important to meditate and balance your chakras, your points of energy. We don't know it, but if one chakra is blocked or closed we cannot bring into life what we want. What are the SEVEN Chakras? 1. Crown Chakra wisdom, transcendence, universality 2.Third Eye Chakra extrasensory perception, intuition, inspiration 3. Throat Chakra personal truth, etheric, expression 4. Heart Chakra compassion, love, integration 5. Solar Plexus Chakra will, social self, power 6. Sacral Chakra emotions, creativity, sexuality 7. Root Chakra safety, grounding, right to live
V I S U A L I Z E 4. visualize Visualization is giving your mind room for imagination. The key to visualization is you playing a mental image of what you want. What you focus on you attract. You must always visualize what you desire, this is a huge mental trick. You have to live and feel as if it's happening to you now. Your mind can t decipher what is real or just a vision. Your mind doesn t realize when or what you are imprinting. Your mind doesn't even realize if those images are real or a visualization. Practicing visualizing what you want on a daily basis like brushing your teeth, this technique should be done every day without missing a day so that you can materialize your goals within 60 to 90 days. You have to understand that you can t have any doubts, that this technique is coming into fruition NOW and that it's manifesting at this moment and that is just how it is you have no questions on how it will happen or what is going to happen, just must only know and focus on that it WILL happen. The key is to see that yourself having already, at this moment what you desire.
W O R D O F C O N V I C T I O N 5. words of conviction What does words of conviction mean? It means whatever you speak or affirm say it with a lot of conviction. You have to tell yourself that you believe what you are saying, and in a very powerful tone of voice. Here are four tips on how to speak with conviction: 1. Raise your voice and speak slowly if you want to hav control of your manifesting then have a commanding voice. Speak from your diaphragm and speak slowly allowing yourself to listen to everything you're telling yourself. 2. Be Real speak the truth just just say things that you don't even believe to be true. 3. Have a confident posture keep your head help up high, your shoulders back and stand up straight. 4. Avoid Weak Words avoid using words that undermines your clear and confident message. Don't use words like, "I think" or "Probably."
F A I T H & B E L I E V E 6. heart of expectancy I personally feel this may be the hardest thing to fully commit yourself to having. Having a heart of expectancy means that whatever you changed your mindset for and affirmed, now you have to let it go and have a heart of expectancy. After visualizing that you got that call or whatever scenario you want to manifest there's one more step, the FINAL step, which to me is the hardest you just have to let it go. The Universe and God can't work if you're constantly dwelling on it, or worried about. What does that mean? How do I do that? First, it means to have faith and trust that whatever you placed in your mind to have is NOW here. You have to expect to receive it, whatever it may be. If it's a certain job, expect to get a call saying you're hired. Thoughts are going to come to you to try to defeat and waver you. Those thoughts will make you worried or scared, this is when you cancel those thoughts. Your mindset has to be so focused and so tight that you combat those thoughts or negative images with positive thoughts and affirmation.
