All About Influence at a Glance Who: What: The Howard G. Hendricks Center for Christian Leadership hosts All About Influence: A Women s Leadership Conference every fall. This leadership experience is designed to equip and prepare women to effectively lead in their spheres of influence. The day is filled with two keynote sessions, worship, optional lunch discussion groups, and your choice of two workshops. Terms and Conditions Mission Statement: Dallas Theological Seminary s mission is to glorify God by equipping godly servant-leaders for the proclamation of His Word and the building up of the body of Christ worldwide. Doctrinal Statement: Please refer to page 6 of this packet. For additional information, visit http://www.dts.edu/about/doctrinalstatement. Application and Eligibility: The staff at the Center for Christian Leadership Center will review each application and retains the right to modify or remove any applicant that does not, in its opinion, abide by the character and values of Dallas Theological Seminary. Exhibit booth: All applications (pages 6 & 7) must be received by Monday, October 1, 2012. You will be notified by Monday, October 8. If accepted, full payment of $300 is required by Wednesday, October 17, 2012. If payment is not received by October 17, your spot will no longer be reserved. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a discount to non-profit organizations. Assignment of Space: All tables are the same size (6 ft. long and 3 ft. wide) and will be located in two central rooms. The DTS Staff will assign the location of your booth. Conference Times: Set-up times are Friday, November 9, from 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM and Saturday, November 10 from 8:30 AM 11:30 AM. All booths must be fully staffed and operational by 7:15 AM on Monday, November 12. Tear down will be at 4:00 PM after the conclusion of the conference on November 12. Publicity: To maximize your presence at the conference, we request that you publicize your appearance at All About Influence via your website, podcast, blog, and/or newsletter. Cancelation Policy: If canceled by October 29, 2012, you will receive a full refund minus a $25.00 application processing fee. If canceled after October 29, no refund will be provided. Liability: All property of the exhibitor will be their sole responsibility. The building will be locked over the weekend. However, the rooms will remain unlocked during the conference. Dallas Theological Seminary is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Any property damage will be at the liable party s expense. Additionally, if you plan to bring any items or equipment over 30 lbs., proof of insurance is required. 7
