Biography Holly Wright was born on December 17 and grew up in the sweet city of Sugar Land, Texas. At the early age of ten, Holly s passion for teaching became evident when she would persuade her sister and all her neighborhood friends to sit for hours while she play-acted as their teacher. Her gift of communication helped to convince her father to buy an overhead projector so she could pretend to be the real thing. As soon as Holly hit her teenage years and boys were introduced to the picture, she forgot all about her first love, teaching! Holly often speaks about how her early teen years were committed to the dark pit. She says that she had dug a hole so deep that in hindsight she would later marvel at how far and wide she could actually dig. It wasn t until her Savior literally reached down and pulled her out of her mess, that she recognized how badly she needed the forgiving grace and mercy of Jesus Christ. In her early twenties she heard the call loud and clear while driving and listening to praise and worship music on the radio. Holly said, It must have been the Holy Spirit driving my car because after hearing His voice, I had no idea how I drove from point A to point B. It was that car ride that confirmed to her the Lord was calling her to full-time ministry, even though she had no clue how or when He was going to use her. She spent the next eight years studying the scriptures and taking the time to fall in love with Jehovah. During a portion of that time her marriage went through the Refiners Fire and through many trials and testing, it surfaced on the other side as purified. During this time of waiting on the Lord to bring forth her specific calling, she reconnected with her first love, which was teaching. Although this time her passion was laser-beam-focused on spreading the Word of God and reinforcing what authentic relationship looks like with the King! Holly quit her full-time job and founded For The Brokenhearted Ministry in 2011 with the purpose of taking her own MESS and turning it into her MESSage. She saw her TEST's clearly as a TESTimony and wanted to glorify God in sharing them with anyone who would listen. She also passionately teaches the body of Christ how to effectively apply the Word of God to everyday life. She endeavors to make the bible come to life through her unique style of using analogies and storytelling in her teaching and speaking engagements. God gifted her with a vivacious personality through which she uses animation to make a point, and her contagious enthusiasm simply cannot be contained. Holly and her husband, Jason, attend Second Baptist Church of Houston, Texas where Jason serves as a deacon and Holly writes the adult Sunday School material for multiple campuses. Holly also teaches Sunday School and has led women s bible study classes at her church and also in her home. She currently speaks at various churches, ministries, and retreats around the Houston area, throughout Texas, and quickly expanding nationwide. In 2014, Holly clearly heard another prompting from the Holy Spirit, to begin ministering to rescued sex trafficked victims. She has partnered with The Freedom Place to bring relationship and the love of Jesus to the girls who are under their care and are currently being rehabilitated after being rescued from the trade. The Freedom Place is a Christian based organization that fully funds and rehabilitates rescued girls from the age of nine to eighteen. Jason and Holly have been blessed with two children, Alexis ( Lexi ) Nicole and Noah Alexander. It is her children who have brought the deepest and most profound joy into her life.
Signature Messages Breaking Down The Walls Designed for a one hour session, Holly breaks down the walls of pride and authentically shares her testimony of rebellion, abuse, redemption and forgiveness. She has shared her testimony all over the country inspiring others to give voice to their own story. Holly speaks on many topics, with a variety of different audiences. Yet nothing captures the heart of the people, like her testimony. It's where the walls come down and people connect authentically. She Is Strong Retreat Designed for three sessions, one hour each, Holly puts a spot light on our true identity as daughters of the King. She covers the importance of relationship and connection with God regardless of our circumstances, good or bad. All it takes is ONE encounter with the Lord and everything changes, including your circumstances. One of the sessions included is titled, "Whispers From Heaven" which is described below. Whispers From Heaven Designed for a one hour session, Holly teaches four keys on how to unlock God's voice in our everyday walk. Communing with God is our greatest privilege as Christians. Yet, so many are struggling with recognizing His utterance. God has a love language that is communicated many different ways, it is our job to learn how to interpret His voice. This session will help to activate His voice in your life, where you immediately recognize the Source. Fireproof Designed for a one hour session, Holly refers to 1 Peter 3:1-6 and speaks to the wives on how to fireproof their marriage. The integrity and strength of a virtuous wife, transforms her husband into an honored king. But the wife who disgraces her husband, weakens the strength of his identity. Holly has delivered many more topics and sessions to various audiences, and is open to tailoring a new session to fit your event.
