Welcome! You ll learn: How to work with and channel the White Light for yourself. How to use the White Light to quickly remove blockages in the chakras. How to use it in your everyday life.
Please Note: Working with the White Light is not a substitute for your daily Chakra Cleanse practice. You need to keep working with your chakras as your learnt and began to practice in Module 1.
Please Note: Working with the White Light and channelling it into your energy field does heal the blockages in all of your chakras. However, because the White Light is a high-vibrational, spiritual energy, if our chakras are not ready to receive the White Light, the White Light can t penetrate the chakras.
Please Note: That is why we do the daily Chakra Cleanse Meditation as well as working with White Light. Your daily CCM assures that White Light can get into each one of your chakras, and when this happens you are able to heal your blockages much more quickly. Keep the Chakra Cleanse up!

You re already doing it! After you ve cleansed and strengthened all of your 7 chakras, you visualise White Light coming down from the heavens into your energy field and flowing down into all of your chakras.
Now I m going to teach you how you can channel the White Light yourself. Before I do this, there are some things you need to know about the White Light channeling process
The Process We always channel the White Light from Heaven into the Earth. The White Light comes down into our energy field, and we then flow it down through all of our chakras and then into the Earth. This is the opposite movement to the Chakra Cleanse Meditation. (In the meditation we start with chakra 1 and we ascend, right up until chakra 7. So that movement is Earth to Heaven. )
WHITE LIGHT: HEAVEN TO EARTH CHAKRA CLEANSE MEDITATION: EARTH TO HEAVEN
Reason 1 The White Light is a powerful, spiritual, high vibration energy which needs grounding. We need to stay grounded when we work with it, and the way we do this is by drawing the White Light down our into body and lower chakras and out into the Earth.
Reason 2 The natural flow of the White Light energy is from Heaven to Earth. When we make contact with the White Light, it comes into our energy field through our 12th chakra. It then goes down into chakra 11,10, 9, 8, 7, right down into chakra 1, and then into the Earth. This is its natural flow.
In today s training video, I will be teaching you how to channel the White Light through chakra 7... But at the end of Level 1 - to prepare you for Level 2, working directly with chakra 8 and discovering your life purpose - I will teach you how to channel the White Light through chakra 8. Although the White Light enters your energy field at the chakra 12 level, most of us - except the enlightened ones on Earth - have not yet begun to work with chakra 12. We re not yet experiencing life through its perspective.
For this reason, we then channel the White Light through the highest chakra we are able to work with at the time.! And for you, right now, that is chakra 7. And like I mentioned previously, at the end of the Level 1, it will be chakra 8.
Reason 3 It completes the Chakra Cleanse Meditation. It completes the CCM because it brings energy back down into our energy fields. The connection of our energy fields to the Universe, or to the greater energy of the Universe, is a circular energy circuit.
This energy circuit has two directions of energy flow which sustain us. One direction is the Earth to Heaven energy flow. The other direction is the Heaven to Earth energy flow.
By bringing the White Light down into your energy field: You are supporting and nurturing the Heaven to Earth energy flow direction. You complete the circular energy circuit, assuring that both movements of energy flow are supported and sustained. You stay in optimal energetic and physical health and fitness.
BELINDA DAVIDSON S School of the Modern Mystic You also need to know this about the White Light channeling process:! You don t need to do a Chakra Cleanse Meditation directly before you start to work with the White Light each time.
When the Chakra Cleanse Meditation becomes a daily or regular practice, you grow in chakric strength. When you have strong chakras, the White Light can penetrate them and work directly on your energy field/chakras. In time, you will become strong enough to be able to channel the White Light without doing the Chakra Cleanse Meditation beforehand every time.
When you learn to channel the White Light, and when you learn to connect to it immediately and channel it instantaneously, you are able to very quickly (within a couple of minutes): Raise your vibrations Flood your entire energy field with White Light Protect your energy field Transform negative environments into positive ones
You ll be able to White Light zap yourself, other people, and negative situations and environments. Being able to transmute negative situations into positive ones is a fabulously powerful tool and the White Light does exactly this for you!

Step 1 Make sure the chakra (chakra 7) is open and ready to receive White Light.
When we first learn to channel the White Light, we take it into our energy fields through chakra 7. We open up chakra 7 and draw the White Light down from the heavens into our energy field.
We need to make sure that chakra 7 is open and strong, and the way to do this is by focusing our attention on the point of chakra 7.
Make sure the chakra is open and ready to receive White Light by drawing your awareness to the chakra 7 point, and holding your attention on this point.
Step 2 Wait for the signal that the chakra (chakra 7) is open and ready to receive White Light.
When you continue to hold your awareness on chakra 7, you will start to feel the chakra open up. This is the signal that we are waiting for to know we can now channel White Light. This signal, is different for every person, so you re going to try this out and find out what your signal is!
Most people s signal for an open chakra is: Warmth Expansion Chakra colour (vivid violet) Vibration Pulsating Vibrancy
It is different for each person. Over the years, I ve learnt that the most reliable signal for an open chakra is that the person feels intuitively that the chakra is open. There are no set rules to know if the chakra is open or not. Try it out for yourself and trust your intuition.
Quick Tip: Generally, most people can detect if a chakra is open because it feels expansive, and that the chakra is closed because it feels restrictive. If you get stuck, feel into it. Is it expansive or restrictive? Once you ve received your signal that the chakra is open, you can move on to Step 3.
Step 3 Bring White Light into your energy field and pulse it through.
BELINDA DAVIDSON S School of the Modern Mystic Visualise a White Light. The whitest, most brilliant White Light that you can possibly imagine. Hold this image in your mind s eye for a few moments. Now, visualise a funnel. Visualise a funnel sitting on the top of your head, and now visualise White Light coming down from the heavens into the funnel on the top of your head. Visualise the White Light pouring into this funnel, and hold this image in your mind s eye for a few moments.
BELINDA DAVIDSON S School of the Modern Mystic You can now see White Light pouring into your body through the funnel on the top of your head. You can now feel the White Light filling up each one of your chakras as it descends slowly towards your feet. You now feel the White Light pouring into your seventh chakra, and now into your sixth chakra. You now feel the White Light pouring into your fifth chakra, and it s now moving down past your throat into your heart, filling up your fourth chakra with White Light.
BELINDA DAVIDSON S School of the Modern Mystic You now feel the White Light moving down from your heart into your solar plexus, filling up your solar plexus with White Light. You now feel the White Light moving down from your solar plexus into your belly and abdomen, filling them up with White Light. Now the energy is moving down to your pelvis and lower abdomen, filling them up too.
BELINDA DAVIDSON S School of the Modern Mystic You now feel the White Light moving down both of your legs, over your hips, over your knees, over your ankles, over your feet and down into the Earth. You can see White Light going deep, deep down into the Earth, grounding you with the Earth.
You already know how to channel White Light like this because you ve been doing this in the guided Chakra Cleanse Meditation. This is the very best way to start out channeling the White Light. It will become much quicker because you ll be able to bring the White Light down into your energy field through the portal of chakra 7, and pulse it quickly through each one of your chakras.
Practice the 3 Steps:! 1. The chakra is open by focusing your attention on chakra 7. 2. Get the signal from your open chakra 7. 3. Draw - through chakra 7 - the White Light into your energy field and visualise it going down into each one of your chakras, your feet and into the Earth.
Visualising the White Light coming in through chakra 7, and then moving down the chakras 7 to 1 and then out into the Earth is called pulsing. We need to pulse the White Light through each one of our chakras for it to be effective. You will feel the White Light pulsing down all of your chakras, starting at chakra 7 and going to chakra 1 and then down into the Earth.
This is how you can tell if you are successfully the channeling the White Light or not:
If it is pulsing throughout your chakras, you are channeling it. If it is not yet pulsing, you re not yet successfully channeling it. If not, you need to practice the step in which you find yourself at. If you are having difficulty opening chakra 7, you will stay at Step 2. You will remain here until you can feel that chakra 7 is open. Only then do you move on to Step 3 and visualise White Light coming down into chakra 7, pulsating into each one of your chakras.
When we can properly pulse the White Light through our body, it feels like a wave, ripple or a current of energy moving from our head right down to our feet. The better we become at channeling the White Light, the faster we pulse it.
It starts out feeling like a slow wave of energy, but in time it feels like an instantaneous zap. The White Light pulses so quickly throughout our chakras that it feels like an electric current or zapping. Being able to White Light Zap will definitely happen for you in time, but only if you practice the 3 Steps.
