Government of Jammu and Kashmir Finance Department Civil Secretariat, Srinagar NOTICE Subject: - Tentative Seniority List of Ministerial Staff in the State, Divisional Cadre Kashmir/Jammu of the J&K Excise & Commercial Taxes (Subordinate] Service as it stood on 01-01-2016. Whereas, the final seniority list of Ministerial Staff (State, Divisional Cadre Kashmir/Jammu) of the J&K Excise & Commercial Taxes (Subordinate) Service was previously notified vide Government Order No.246-F of 2012 dated 25-10-2012 as it stood on 01-01-2012; and Whereas, the J&K Civil Services (De-Centralization & Recruitment) Act, 2010 & the Rules made thereunder, a separate tentative seniority list of Ministerial Staff (State, Divisional Cadre Kashmir/Jammu) has been drawn up strictly as per the eligibility of the officials and on the basis of inputs received from Excise & Commercial Taxes Departments; and Whereas, the seniority list so drawn up takes into account the promotions, retirements, deaths and appointments made against the posts of Ministerial Staff from time to time on substantive basis after 01-01-2012; and Whereas, the incumbents belonging to reserved categories shall submit their authenticated certificates of their relevant category to the concerned HoD who shall get the present status/verification/validity of such certificates from competent authority enabling Finance Department to update their position as on date; and I

Now, therefore, tentative seniority list of Ministerial Staff (State Divisional Cadre-wise) forming Annexure-A (State Cadre), Annexure-B (Divisional Cadre Kashmir) and Annexure-C (Divisional Cadre Jammu), as it stood on 01-01-2016 is notified and objections, if any, are invited from the concerned within a period of 30 days from the date of issuance of this notice through their respective Heads of Department (HoDs).
