Prayer Needs Pray for comfort for Kristin and Joe Rekowski and their family as they mourn the loss of Kristin's step father who passed away this week. Pray for Pat Elling who underwent a thorough and intensive surgery due to a ruptured appendix. Pray for John and Ann Timmer as they deal with Ann's dementia. Continue to pray for Rob Sommer that doctors will find an effective way to treat his neuropathy. Continued prayers for Lisa Keene, who is dealing with cancer. Pray for a good results for an upcoming MRI. Lisa is Kristin Rekowski s fathers fiancé. Continue to pray for Dan Frantz and family as he is in the hospital. Pray for strength and comfort for Sally Jager Godo as she goes through another round of chemotherapy. Continue to pray for Mike Monville that doctors will be able to treat his bleeding on the brain. Pray for Camielle Bull as she heals from a broken wrist. Pray for continued healing for Jacklin Kinzer. Continue to pray for Dan Wilmot, Delores Flanagan, Cleta Juip, Lois Sample and Sally Godo who are dealing with cancer. Continue to pray for all of our shut-ins and their needs. Guest Information Welcome! You are among friends at Imlay City CRC. We are the young and old, the experienced Christians, the brand new Christians, and those who are just curious about Jesus Christ. We are families, singles, students, kids, and couples. Wherever you are coming from, and wherever you are at, you are welcome to come as you are to Imlay City CRC! The service lasts about 75 minutes, then please stay for a cup of coffee or lemonade in the fellowship hall following the service. Guests are encouraged to fill out the communication card found in your bulletin, and drop it in the offering plate as it comes by. Please take a moment and visit the Welcome Center where you can receive additional information about our church. If you are a regular attendee of Imlay City CRC, we would like to provide you with a mail box. Please submit your request to Tammy in the church office 724-4315. Children s Bulletins and fun pages are available on clipboards in the lobby. Nursery care is offered during the morning service near the west entrance for infants and toddlers through age 3. Please honor the age limit. Immediately following worship, please meet your children at the nursery area. Children s Message during the service, children of all ages are invited to come forward to sit at the front of the church and hear a message designed especially for them. Children s Worship all children ages 3-8 are invited to join Children s Worship, which takes place during the church service. Wait for Pastor Dave to announce the Children s Message, after which the children will be dismissed from the sanctuary for Children s Worship. Out of respect for others, please silence your cell phone. Restrooms are located just past the lobby on the right hand side of the hallway. Wednesday Night Family Night This will take place the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the month, October March. Dinner is served from 6:00-6:45 pm and classes are from 6:45-8:00 pm. Also, congratulations to grandparents, Bob & Kathy Ettema. REMEMBER to sign up for the spring Bible study. It is a six week study of Gideon by Priscilla Shirer. She is very good. She shows us through the study of Gideon how God uses our weakness through His strength. June Duthler will be leading this study on Wednesday mornings and evenings. MENS BIBLE STUDY Beginning soon! "Stepping Up - A Call To Courageous Manhood" Bible study will be starting on Wednesday nights beginning March 26, from 8-9:30pm. Over the past quarter ICCS earned $330 through Kroger Rewards. MARCH IS READING MONTH There will be a reading/recital night on March 27th. Come out and see the children show off their skills. ICCS Bake Sale: April 19th TAFFY (Tuition Assistance Fund For Youth) will be having a bake sale at the Lapeer TSC. If you are in the area stop by and get some homemade desserts for your Easter table. ICCS Annual Society Meeting will be April 29th. School supporters are encouraged to attend. SCHOOL BOARD POSITIONS: Annual society meeting will be in April and ICCS is looking for a few good board members. Every year there are some open spots due to terms completing. If you would like to support ICCS in this manner please see Karen Hibbler, Todd Schoenherr, Nate Van Den Berg or Mindy Kinzer (current board members). They would be happy to talk to you about what being a board member entails.
