I have also trusted in the LORD ; I shall not slip. intergrity - "uprightness, sincerity." v. 2 Examine me, O Lord, and prove me; Try my mind (reins/bowels) and my heart. "examine; prove; try. - they imply together the most "thorough" investigation to be made; try as the firing of metals Psalms 95:2 2 Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms. II. SELECTIVE SEATING vv.3-5 3 For Your lovingkindness is before my eyes, And I have walked in Your truth. 4 I have not sat with idolatrous mortals, Nor will I go in with hypocrites. 5 I have hated the assembly of evildoers, And will not sit with the wicked. Psalms 1:1-2 Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; 2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD, And in His law he meditates day and night. SCHEDULED SINGING vv. 6-8 6 I will wash my hands in innocence; So I will go about Your altar, O LORD, 7 That I may proclaim with the voice of thanksgiving, And tell of all Your wondrous works. 8 LORD, I have loved the habitation of Your house, And the place where Your glory dwells. Colossians 1:28-29 28 Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. 29 To this end I also labor, striving according to His working which works in me mightily. STANDING SECURE vv. 11-12 11 But as for me, I will walk in my integrity; Redeem me and be merciful to me. 12 My foot stands in an even place; In the congregations I will bless the LORD.
