Communication -3 Air Quality Improvement Initiative Hari Priya On- board Emulsion Kit 20-04-2016 Dear Friends, Air Quality is of every ones concern; the worst sufferer is the poorest among us as they can t afford the costly health services. We are pleased to announce that Trust worked very closely with Alternative innovations Pvt ltd, Faridabad and supported fiancially to develop a small portable kit that can produce in real life on board the vehicle or DG set, water in diesel emulsion to be directly delivered to engine. This is a well researched subject and the only viable technology to reduce both PM and NOx simultaneously. However its application was limited in real world situations due to poor stability of emulsions on storage. Hari Priya On- board Emulsion Kit overcomes the perennial problem of storage stability seen with all sort of emulsions. Here the emulsion is made directly on board and consumed instantly in the engine. There are also added other safety features. Dr. Sharma made a presentation on behalf of Hari Priya Trust during an International Conference ISFL 2016 held in Delhi during the month. Presentation by Dr GK Sharma Hari Priya Social Welfare Trust in association with Alternative Innovations Pvt ltd Faridabad

Hari Priya Trust has spend considerable sum of money in development of this kit and wants to make the kit available to DG set end users and old truck owners at subisided rates. Trust will like to offer kits to end users free of cost to polluting diesel generating sets in your neighbourhoodnds, provided we can have funds available for the purpose. It is in interest of every one to help reduce PM and Nox from diesel engines. Trust appeals to its donors to come forward in helping this social cause. Dr. Gyanendra Kumar Sharma
