Bounty and pleasure. And you come out Ihram you may hunt. And do not let the hatred a people who stopped you the Sacred Mosque lead you to transgression. And help one another in righteousness and piety, but do not help each other in sin and transgression. And fear ; indeed, is severe in punishment. 3. Are made unlawful for you the dead animals, blood, the flesh swine, and that which is dedicated to other than, and that which is killed by strangling or by a violent blow or by a head-long fall or by the goring horns, and that which is eaten up by the wild animal except what you slaughter (before its death), and that which is sacrificed on stone altars, and that you seek division by divining arrows - that is grave disobedience. This day disbelieve have despaired (defeating) your religion; so do not fear them, but fear Me. This day I have perfected your religion and I have completed My Favor, and I have approved Islam as religion. But whoever is forced Ò - ¾ Ÿ m Ç 144 Ó - U yo you come out Ihram as (for) a people you commit transgression. but (do) not ; Are made unlawful and what And (the) hatred that and [the] piety, And fear 2 () the swine, and good pleasure. their Lord And let not incite you the Sacred Mosque [the] righteousness and [the] transgression. by hunger with no inclination to sin, then indeed, is Oft- Forgiving, Most Merciful. 4. They ask you what is made lawful for them. Say, `Lawful are the good things and what you have trained hunting animals which you train as has taught you. So eat what they catch for you and mention the name on it, and fear. is swift in taking account. 5. This day (all) good things have been made lawful; and the food were given the Book is lawful for you and your food is lawful for them. And (lawful in marriage are) chaste women the believers and chaste women were given the Book before you, you have given them their bridal due, desiring chastity, not lewdness nor taking them as secret lovers. And whoever denies the faith, then surely his deeds are wasted and in the Hereafter he will be among the losers. 6. O you who believe! When you stand up for prayer, wash your faces and your hands Ò - ¾ Ÿ m Ç 145 Ó - U yo (is) made lawful you have taught but mention (is) lawful the Book not denies then indeed, what and what you teach them, to sin, They ask you the good things inclining 3 ones who train animals to hunt,. are made lawful the Book were given And the chaste women the Hereafter, When were given being chaste And whoever in believe! and your hands they catch and fear This day () their bridal due, secret lovers. and he, who your faces for them. 4 (and) not Most Merciful. `Are made lawful on it, So eat and (the) food (is) lawful hunger by (is) Oft-Forgiving, Say, for them. to (your) hunting animals, has taught you. () (the) name (in) taking account. and your food is swift the good things; and the chaste women you have given them ones (who are) taking his deeds O you then wash (are) wasted 5 the prayer, and not the losers. then surely for, the believers before you, being lewd the faith - (will be) among you stand up Surah 5: The Table spread (v. 4-6) Part - 6
till the elbows and wipe your heads and (wash) your feet till the ankles. But if you are in a state ceremonial impurity, purify yourselves. But if you are ill or on a journey or one you comes the toilet or you have had contact with women and do not find water, then do tayyammum with clean earth by wiping your faces and your hands with it. does not intend to make any difficulty but He intends to purify you and complete His Favor, so that you may be grateful. 7. And remember the Favor upon you and His covenant with which He bound you you said, `We hear and we obey;` and fear. is All- Knower is in the breasts. 8. O you who believe! Be steadfast for as witnesses in justice, and do not let the hatred a people prevent you being just. This is nearer to piety. And fear ; indeed, is All-Aware what you do. 9. has promised Ò - ¾ Ÿ m Ç 146 Ó - U yo till and your feet then purify yourselves. any one and not then wipe to make and to complete has come your heads and wipe (in) a state ceremonial impurity or (with) the women clean, (does) not intend And remember He bound you. O you in justice, and fear you do justice. indeed, 7 to purify you 6 which (as) witnesses ; has promised that not a journey on has (had) contact (with) earth with it. Ò - ¾ Ÿ m Ç 147 Ó - U yo believe and do righteous deeds that for them is forgiveness and a great reward. (is) forgiveness for them the righteous deeds - and do believe 10. And disbelieve and deny Our Signs - those are the companions the Hellfire. 11. O you who believe! Remember the Favor, a people determined to stretch their hands towards you, but He restrained their hands you. And fear ; and upon let the believers put their trust. 12. And certainly took a Covenant the Children Israel and We appointed among them twelve leaders. And said, Ìndeed, I Am with you if you establish prayer and give zakah and you believe in My Messengers and assist them and loan a goodly loan, surely I will remove you your evil deeds and will admit you to gardens beneath which rivers flows. But whoever you disbelieves after that has certainly strayed the right way. 13. So for their breaking their covenant We cursed them and We made their hearts and deny O you towards you. And certainly 10 disbelieve And fear and We appointed with you, and you believe a goodly loan, (to) gardens after 12 their hearts () the Hellfire. () 11 stretch Ìndeed, I Am you. Israel (to) And (the) Favor 9 (are the) companions [to] the believers. And said, the zakah and I will surely admit you disbelieved () the right way. and We made their hands Remember a people () the Children and give and you loan But whoever he strayed We cursed them great. those believe! So We aroused enmity and hatred between them until the Day Resurrection. And soon will inform them about what they used to do. 15. O People the Book! Surely there has came to you Our Messenger making clear to you much what you used to conceal the Scripture and overlooking much. Surely there has come to you a light and a clear Book Ò - ¾ Ÿ m Ç 148 Ó - U yo a part treachery and forgot and overlook. And their covenant; So We aroused to discover 13 () the Resurrection. to do. Our Messenger to conceal Surely [it]. and a clear Book their places, And you will not cease them We took But forgive the good-doers. (the) Day they used the words [it]. them. (are) Christians,` they were reminded you used much. till Surely loves They distort they were reminded a few we that and [the] hatred and overlooking a light except a part said, [the] enmity will inform them the Book! much O People to you the Scripture hard. them but they forgot between them And soon 14 making clear 16. By which guides seek His pleasure to the ways peace and brings them out darkness into light by His permission and guides them to His pleasure seek with it Guides 15 the darknessess and brings them out () the peace, (to the) ways to and guides them by His permission, the light to Surah 5: The Table spread (v. 14-16) Part - 6
Ò - ¾ Ÿ m Ç 149 Ó - U yo the straight way. 17. They have certainly disbelieved who say, Ìndeed, is the Messiah, the son Maryam.` Say, `Then who has the power against if He intends to destroy Messiah, the son Maryam and his mother and everyone on the earth?` And to belongs the dominion the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them. He creates what He wills, and on everything is All- Powerful. 18. The Jews and the Christian say, Ẁe are the children and His beloved.`say, `Then why does He punish you r sins.` Nay, you are human beings among those He created. He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. And to belongs the dominion the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them and to Him is the final return. 19. O People the Book! Surely has come to you Our Messenger to make clear to you (the religion) after an interval (cessation ) Messengers, lest you say, `There did not come to us any bearer glad tidings nor a warner.` disbelieved - Certainly 16 the straight way. Say, () Maryam.` son (is) the Messiah He, Ìndeed, said, to He intends if (in) anything against has power `Then who and whoever and his mother () Maryam son the Messiah destroy () the heavens (is the) dominion And for all?` the earth (is) in He wills, what He creates (is) between both them. And said, 17 All-Powerful. thing every and what and the earth (is) on and and His beloved.` () (the) children Ẁe (are) and the Christians the Jews human beings you are Nay, r sins?` (does He) punish you `Then why Say, and punishes He wills [for] whom He forgives He created. among (those) and the earth () the heavens (is the) dominion And for He wills. whom 18 (is) the final return. and to Him (is) between them, and whatever he makes clear you say lest a warner.` Our Messenger, the Messengers, Surely () the Book! an interval ( cessation) O People after to you and not (bearer) glad tidings any (has) come to us Ǹot Surah 5: The Table spread (v. 17-19) Part - 6
But surely there has come to you a bearer glad tidings and a warner. And over everything is All- Powerful. 20. And (remember) Musa said, Ò my people, remember the Favor upon you He placed among you Prophets and made you kings and He gave you what He had not given anyone among the worlds. 21. Ò my people! Enter the Holy land which has ordained and do not turn your backs, for then you will turn back as losers.` 22. They said, Ò Musa! within it are people tyrannical strength and indeed, we will never enter it until they leave it; and if they leave it, then certainly we will enter it.` 23. Said two men feared () upon whom had bestowed favor, Ènter upon them through the gate, for you have entered it, then indeed you will be victorious. And put your trust in if you are believers. 24. They said, O Musa! we will never enter it, ever, as long as they are in it. So go, you and your Lord, and fight. Ò - ¾ Ÿ m Ç 150 Ó - U yo And Musa said and He gave you Ò my people! and (do) not They said, and indeed, we they leave two men Ènter and a warner. 20 21 and if Said And a (bearer) glad tidings 19 the Favor kings and made you the worlds. has ordained All-Powerful. remember Prophets (to) anyone which (as) losers.` then you will turn back () tyrannical strength [on] both them, then indeed, you (will be) believers. ever, enter it, and you both fight. you are it, 22 they leave (are) people enter (it).` had Favored you have entered it if will never and your Lord until then then put your trust we you thing Ò my people, among you every He (had) not given the Holy land in it your backs, enter it But surely (is) on to his people, on then certainly we (will) feared (), So go (through) the gate O Musa! in it.
