NOMINATIONS REPORT For President and First Vice-President The Secretary of the Wyoming District is responsible for receiving and tabulating nominations for President and First Vice-President from the congregations of the District. The congregations of the Wyoming District had the opportunity to nominate pastors for the two positions (Wyoming District Guidelines, Policies and Strategies, 3.601 President and First Vice-President).
