COMMON FAQ'S & TROUBLESHOOTING: HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO EACH ROUTINE/PRACTICE? These are just general guidelines and recommendations, but please ALWAYS listen to your body and trust your own intuition. This is something you'll tap into and strengthen (your body's wisdom and intuition) during your jade egg practice. You can do the Erotic Jade Egg Practice 3-4 x per week alone or mixing and matching it with previous jade egg routines. End your jade egg routine (or any practice that builds sexual energy) with running your sexual energy through the Simplified Microcosmic Orbit a few times and storing the energy in your navel like a pearl ball of light. Having a Savasana for your pussy is good for 5-10 minutes following any jade egg practice to soak up your sexual energy, circulate it and allow your vaginal walls to rest and integrate. Orgasmic Chakra Breathing is great to do anytime you really want to supercharge your sexual energy. If you find too much energy goes into your brain or a specific chakra too quickly, inhale and exhale more slowly or do it less times or more times, whatever feels good for you. You can inhale quicker or slower for Orgasmic Chakra Breathing, play with different sounds on each exhale or even bring it into a jade egg practice, self pleasure session or when you re having sex.

COMMON FAQ'S & TROUBLESHOOTING: Sexual Shadow Work is great to do at least once a month consciously, however, anytime you notice sexual issues or blocks coming up for you, take some time to work with your Sexual Shadow Archetype. You can dance to one of the Spotify Playlists I ve created or create your own! I'M AFRAID TO FACE MY SEXUAL SHADOWS & DARKNESS -- HOW CAN I DO THIS AND FEEL SAFE? Sexual Shadow Work is necessary in order for you to embody your wholeness, especially sexually speaking. Going into the darkness doesn't mean you'll stay there forever or recreate the old traumas, for instance. The more we hide our darkness, the more it pops up in other areas of our body and life in less than healthy ways. The ritual I share with you in the Sexual Shadow Work Playbook allows you to create safety in taking all of the time you need to heal, face it and release it. There will always be another layer and level too. This isn't about having your "sexual shadows" go away forever. It's about releasing the next layer and unfolding into your sexuality deeper.

COMMON FAQ'S & TROUBLESHOOTING: Doing the breathing exercises, breast massage and jade egg routines will help you come home to your TRUE sexual nature. Your wholeness. JOURNAL PROMPTS What do you fear most about your Erotic Self? What do you love the most about your Erotic Self? What makes you the most excited to uncover as you connect with your Erotic Self? What makes you feel challenged right now in regards to your sexuality? When you do Orgasmic Chakra Breathing, which chakras feel blocked, closed or tense? What is beneath the closure or tension in said chakras? What chakras feel open, clear and activated? What are you afraid to face within yourself right now? How is that holding you back from being the sexual, orgasmic woman you naturally are?

JOURNAL PROMPTS REMINDER QUESTIONS: If something makes you feel uncomfortable or emotional (whether it's something I say in a video or audio, an emotion that comes up while massaging your breasts or an old repressed memory, etc.) ask yourself these questions: What is this feeling or sensation? (Try to label it if you can, but it's not always necessary) Why is this making me feel uncomfortable/angry/sad, etc.? Where in my body do I feel this reaction? How does my vagina feel during this reaction/response? What does this feeling remind me of? How is this feeling or situation familiar to me? When/where in my life have I felt this way before? What needs to move through me? What do I need to let go of? What is no longer serving me? What will help me move this out of my body?
