Accessing what we need to meet life in full availability and engagement When you more consciously engage life in partnership with your Higher Self, understanding it as the venue through which your reality evolves, you may access the light codes and the etheric body power to shift on any limiting pattern or fear in life. This you can do through your striving to emerge from deeper dimensions of your soul essence. In this short program, we will work with all three centers of Intelligence of Head, Heart and Gut, which bridge the chakras of the astral body with the endocrine glands that are the spiritual faculties of the life force or the etheric body. The etheric body is also known as the body of love. You are encouraged to explore these three Intelligences more deeply with the 8-week self-study program, Vertical-Awaring from the Heart's Zero-Point, which awakens consciousness and power in these three major centers. Head has the power to access god awareness, Heart is the power to bring in deeper dimensions of self that is love, and Gut is our intuition about life as well as our connection to the means of life. This one can be used to bring your creational ideas before spirit, to open up to vibrational solutions that will expand your creations and move them into a realm beyond what you may have imagined possible. You open to this in measure as you release all agenda and limiting assumptions about what is possible. * * * * * Below are discussions that will help you to understand life and the partnership with your Higher Self in a new way. We are in this most difficult realm of density and duality to evolve in freedom, and the journey to freedom is not one of acquiring knowledge or wisdom from external sources, but rather is it a process of unlearning or surrendering the false beliefs so that we can uncover what lies within the infinite depths that we are. We do not have to acquire the 'right' belief system, but rather we need to live beyond all belief structures and allow knowing to emerge from within. In order to have this all unfold, we must increasingly surrender the false. Only with inner simplicity and purity that comes with surrender will we have complete trust that we dwell in a benevolent and safe universe. Understand that life presents you with what can nudge you or even force you to awakening. This is more evident when you are not actively or consciously engaging life as a venue of evolution. In this case, life unfolds out of subconscious patterns that need illumination in order to allow unleashing of presence and power of your soul essence. The purpose of life is to evolve the soul, and this happens through awakening ever greater god-consciousness. Another way of understanding this is that the purpose is to expand creation...creation is expanded in this vibrational realm through the soul's incarnation. Life is always Love in Action life is a gift of love for you to awaken consciousness. When you have much subconscious material to clear, life may feel arduous...you may resist and even curse it...know that your resistance is delaying the possibility of illumination and awakening the more you delay, the heavier it gets and the more deeply it enters into the dense level of body and life. When you accept life always, and are wholly available to it...always ready to go deeper within to allow the emergence of greater strength and courage, greater compassion, greater forgiveness, and so on, then you move quickly through the layers of distortion until you get to the pure power of your soul essence. When you draw from that depth, you simultaneously command forth greater spiritual energy from your Higher Self levels, and creational power of adamantine particles that are in infinite supply. These love particles, also referred to as 'lifetrons', or packets of creational potential that abound in the Great Void respond instantly to the Heart's love. 1 And when they do, they bear your soul signature for all time. 1 Adamantine particle is the term used in Love Without End. They are called lifetrons in Gnosis and the Law, and in the writing of Yogananda. These are the subatomic particles that get precipitated into form and are commanded by love. And so the more you create from love, the more creational energy you have at your command, and the more potent is your love. When emerging soul essence through life, then you and life fit like hand in glove, You are then continually emerging from depth of soul into consciousness, and your body is free to evolve unopposed in support of ever greater spiritual awakening. Further, you then flow on the river of grace, and life presents all opportunities as synchronistic events, resources, soul connections, and all kinds of other magic. We need to awaken as a united humanity in order to make the leap in consciousness at the present time. Our relationship to life is key at this time. So begin to engage it with an open Heart that draws in evolutionary codes through the Head, and body power to evolve through the Gut. The mind must be stilled to bring in the light codes in the Head, and the Gut must be rooted in a strong foundation of freedom that has cleared distortions of the lower three chakras and operates from true understanding of universal law of manifestation. When you are free of attachments to the material world, you have command over the means of this world. And so the freer you are, the more powerful you are at evolving and manifesting. You are a force of evolution through your conscious awakening in all centers of intelligence, and in all chakra intelligences. Each chakra is a faculty to behold and wield the powers of a spiritual dimensional level. As you awaken in each center of intelligence, you commune with the Beings out of which you emerged...and you even support their evolution... Consider that these Beings poured themselves out to birth the faculties in you to become conscious in that dimension of reality. And as you become conscious and operate in those dimensional levels...you create at those levels and 'give back' to those realms, in much the same way as when a child grows into adulthood and begins to create in the world...giving back to it...making it better. Those 'creator-god levels' include the angelic, archangelic, the archai or time spirits of which the mighty AA Michael is one the spirits of Form, of Movement, of Wisdom, Spirits of Will, of Harmony...and the Seraphim as Spirits of Love. Beyond these levels is the Trinity that is also evolving. And just as there are mightier Beings, there are less evolved ones the elementals, nature spirits, animal spirits... that we also support to evolution through our active engagement with them. We are embedded in a vast ecosystem that is the vibrational realm, and we owe our ability to evolve to all levels within it. Know that your evolution is a cosmic concern, and all that you do by way of healing distortions serves the awakening of humanity. And so, life as gift of awakening to our co-creative power will lead us to know our cosmic origins. The planet is entering into a higher dimensional reality, and so must we follow. You will either be forced or nudged to awaken through life seemingly coming at you with challenge or trauma that will intensify in the years to come, or you can begin to engage your inner power more consciously through active clearing/healing and choosing to move from lower subconscious patterns to higher illuminated ones that hold the vibrations of truth and love. You do not have to figure out what needs doing to shift things in life..in fact, you never lead transformation through action because that just moves things around...conscious awakening is always the first step in true transformation. Pain is but the inability to see from a deeper perspective of divine reality. Pain is but the identification in what is not you in the personality or story...whether through belief structure, emotional habits of woundedness, stories, roles, and so on...when you identify in what constrains you...what is false and will not allow the deeper self to emerge...you will experience pain. And so you must go within, beneath the story, beneath the fixed structures...deeply within, and from the eternal and infinite fount of stillness of deeper self will arise new vibration of being into consciousness. Transformation at the level of conscious awareness always come from depth beyond the stories. You lead with an expansion in consciousness...never with action. And life till then present you with opportunities to act on new awareness. And if and when you do, you will know your courage...you will know your new power...you will embody the wisdom...and you will be increasingly realized in the consciousness that transcends the problem... the challenge...the fear, whatever it was that you resisted before. You will be larger consciousness. As you expand, you become larger than your life...and thus does your life change. * * * * * The Higher Self Projects Outer Life The Higher Self expresses in the world around us. Your Higher Self projects reality based on the vibratory patterns that you emit through thinking, feeling, and willing. In the original creation before the Fall of man it was intended that the Higher Self would be the 'puppeteer' directing the I to experience its creations in this vibrational realm that affords such depth of emotion, but the I fell too deeply into matter, which then became its new master out of misunderstanding through a sense of separation. Ever since, the Higher Self has been bound to express the lower vibrational patterns of a our beliefs, with the result being that its own consciousness is dimmed in this realm. When you engage life with the understanding that life is mirroring your own beliefs and you seek spiritual revelation and illumination of your distortions through all that appears in your life, you raise your vibration and allow your Higher Self to create according to its nature to an increasing degree. A very important point to understand is that seeking spiritual revelation and illumination of your distortions cannot be done through the thinking mind no matter how clever or well-trained you may be as a healer. The ultimate truth of why things appear in your life is fundamentally bound to a sense of separation and not knowing your god essence, and if you are looking at wounds of childhood you are still caught in the 'house of mirrors'. even beyond forgiveness. There really is nothing to forgive when you recognize that all that shows up in life is reflecting layers of distortion that you are invited to go under...in order to access greater depth of knowing and greater freedom from error. The ultimate truth is that God is evolving Its awareness of Itself through us. The depth within has no bounds because God is within. The path of awakening is thus to unlearn all that we have adopted that separates us. Cultivate an attitude of awe at self-discovery, make peace with life as a mirror to support you to go deeper and deeper within, and surrender increasingly, understanding that the way to freedom is in moving through the unknown within. Do not compare with others, do not covet what they have, nor judge them for where they are. Those more awakened are showing you what is to come, those less awakened are showing you were you have been you are exactly where you need to be to make your next step into forward evolution. You do not have to awaken others; it is through your own awakening that the whole is changed. Yet if another asks you, offer what you can openly. Be at peace in that understanding, and give your full attention to your life...be fully available and open to it. And so the path of illumination is not through having to 'add' understanding or grasp things with the thinking mind. Rather is it a process of surrendering, which enables you to vibrationally embody deeper awareness that arises from within you. The meditations lead you to surrender, and they seed spiritual principles that will enable you to do so more easily. You are vibrationally shifted each time that you work with them. As you engage life actively inwardly, you plunge to the infinite depth within being and move into ever higher vibratory states, greater understanding and wisdom, greater freedom and power, and wholeness of being. In vibrating in sync with your Higher Self more and more, your being and life begin the joyous dance-in-step that expands creation. So long as your Higher Self and your I are not in resonant harmony, your life will present challenge and disharmony. But as you allow yourself to be increasingly spirit-filled in your inner life and always ready to express the guidance that stirs within with boldness and faith, then you move to an ever greater degree in sync with your Higher Self mind. In this manner, the Higher Self can express its full nature through life and your I is wholly devoted to the soul s evolution. So you must start a conversation with life, knowing it reflects distortions to be released or unlearned, until a path is sufficiently cleared to start conversing with your Higher Self. A wonderful mantra to use daily is the following 2 : Higher Self, take command of my soul, my body, my life, my world, my wealth, my work, and my evolution. I now surrender to truth and true being beyond the veils of illusions, that I may be in this world but not of it. Most people are so caught up in the lower vibrations of perceiving the material world as real and are mentally immersed in consensual reality of duality and limitation, that their restricted awareness is preventing their Higher Self nature from expressing at all in life. matter, in others, and in all situations and conditions. Perceiving spirit opens the communication channels. We begin this process by stilling the thinking mind and allowing spirit to fill us in our inner life. The thinking mind is the part of our being that creates and sustains the illusions. It is overwhelmed and tries to manage, control, compartmentalize, 'divide and conquer', etc, and in so doing it separates us from truth that comes from revelation, which is knowing beyond mind. Understanding the mind, making it servant and mastering the still mind are steps toward mastery, and is one of the areas focused on the the Vertical-Awaring program that is a foundational piece to engaging the three centers of Intelligence of Head, Heart, and Gut in life. As we move ever more into our Higher Self mind, we become what I refer to as spherical consciousness, wherein the depth of the center point determines the circumference or size of the circle (our scope of impact in life). In spherical consciousness nothing is resisted and all is embraced and utilized to expand into ever greater wholeness. In spherical consciousness we seek for nothing, we are directionless in the sense of having no agenda, and in this state All That Is comes to us. As we deepen within, we raise our vibration, and both periphery and center become co-resonant, and that is when our inner being is consciously and harmoniously expressed in outer life. We realize that we are a point of consciousness experiencing as well as the experience itself, and we can bring infinite depth into the process. We merge awareness of the created ego- I with the creator Higher Self, and life can then be engaged as a spiral of ever greater self-understanding and expansion to ever greaterness. In our openness to spirit and courageous surrender to life that gives up self-interest or agendas, we deepen or expand the center toward Source. As we engage ourselves as both created and creator, we awaken to the true mystery of life. This world is only illusion when we look upon the material as real and fail to see the spiritual Will and Purpose behind it. When we see the spiritual in everything, the world is symbolic of an ever deeper reality. And while we will always be operating in the symbolic, when we understand this we can utilize the process rather than get overwhelmed and deceive ourselves in it. We utilize life when we see it clearly as symbolic...when we know that there is always deeper truth and reality, and we continually strive to operate from that non-dualistic state that brings us to center point on the sphere. As center deepens or expands, so too does the life that meets us become more full and expansive, and thus do we enter into the fulfilment of co-creation. Let me make an important observation here. You are not the creator of everything in your life presently. We interact with other spheres of consciousness that can impact on our lives, but if the effects are negative, then there is room to grow in conscious awareness and self-sovereignty. Where you do not assume your power, others can have a negative impact because your life will default to serving their self-interest. But the deeper that you dwell within consciousness, the more your life becomes ordered by you alone, and the more will you realize that there is only you alone and All One... Meditation 1 ~ Accessing What we Need to Shift Anything in Life (58:30) In this audio you are led through a Heart expansion and activation to direct the Head and the Gut in support of bringing forth the vibrational resolutions that you need to make a shift in consciousness in life. The meditation can be used on an issue, a limiting patterns, an addiction, fear, etc, or it can be used to open to accelerated evolution to the next step of your awakening. Your Heart is a tremendous powerhouse that can mobilize Spirit to your aid, by way of light encodements in the Head center, and etheric streams of life prana through the Gut center. Understand that life is love in action engage whatever comes to you with love, and you will create harmony with life such that new pathways of resolution will open for you. Understand that your present challenge and the confusion or sense of incompetency simply reveals your lack of conscious awareness to meet the challenge. See the perfection, for if you had the consciousness to meet and reorder your life, you would not feel challenged or resistant to what has presented to you. Understand that the bigger the challenge, the deeper you will need to go to find the transcendent consciousness of resolution. The deeper within you go, the more you allow deeper dimensions of being to emerge within the Heart, and the greater the spiritual power you will draw in through Head and Gut. Head brings in Higher Self coding, and Gut brings in the body and creational power to evolve being and life to the next level. Your life is a benevolent force that is a projection of your present awareness of yourself. The more expanded is your awareness, the more does your life harmonize and expand to a level that embraces your Higher Self consciousness. Your Higher Self is the consciousness that projects your life to you; it ensouls you and envelops you only in love. The veils of illusion are of your own making, and they sustain in resistance to facing deeper truth from what life nudges you to go deeper with. Trigger Affirmations I am waking up to my immense potential through engaging life as it comes to me. Led to your Higher Self within the zero-point of the Heart, you then discover that the depth within is directly associated with the periphery of the sphere of your life, which is the racing edge of your being and your life. This is ever expanding as you deepen within. From this realization comes a palpable sense of how to deepen within to gain mastery of your life and become a lucid dreamer within it. Acceptance of Life and Higher Self Meditation "Recognize what is in your sight, and that which is hidden from you will become plain to you. For there is nothing hidden which will not become manifest." As we surrender to this and stop trying to change things outside of us, that is when life finally begins to transform. As stated in the Gospel according to Thomas, when we learn to recognize what is in our life, the subconscious or hidden will become plain to see. There is nothing hidden which will not become manifest, means that all that is hidden within will be outpictured in your life. And so, as you engage life in a manner where you actively change within according to what life presents to you, you will illuminate the hidden and no longer have things repeated over and over again endless variations and with different players. yielding to the guidance of your Higher Self through it. You begin to consciously 'own' your life and as you approach the consciousness of your Higher Self, you become the lucid dreamer of your life. Only in surrender do you begin to flow on the river of divine grace. When working with what s in your life at present, it's best to not get too focused on why in the small sense, but rather focus on how and what needs to come into consciousness so that you can break free of the bondage. for yourself and all of humanity. We are all being called to transform misappropriated energies in our world at present. And while we may not have personally caused things in our lifetime, as part of humanity we are all at cause for what is in our world. What you do in terms of personal transformation while embracing the larger concern of attaining to human freedom, you do for all of humanity. And in this process, you bring the Christ or the Living Love ever closer to you, until it begins to work through your Higher Self and the etheric forces in your life body. As you do this, you increase in power and presence of your deeper self. Acceptance is not resignation. Accepting does not mean you allow things to stay as they are or condone behaviors of others, or settle in life. Acceptance is like landing on a stepping-stone and taking in the current vista to get a good sense of where you need to step next on your way to a better vantage point. If you don t survey things clearly, you can t know and choose where you re going. Acceptance is not a choice about outcome. E.g. I accept my spouse because I don t want to leave him or her. Acceptance is not a decision of content in life; but rather a choice to face yourself that has nothing to do with others or with the possible options open to you. If you make it a decision of content, you will keep veils or blinders on and will not see clearly in life. Life is not either/or is not led by action anything is possible once you allow the things that are not working toward your freedom and expansion to instigate inner transformation. Acceptance is the first step toward inner transformation. You cannot transform what you don t understand on that note you are encouraged to be completely honest with yourself in the exercise given below. Both audios may be used to shift on the issues that you work with in the suggested contemplation. Accepting Life and Engaging It fully Contemplative Work: Ponder on all areas of life: partner relationship, friendship, family of origin, children, work (is it your vocation?), spiritual awakening, overall engagement or joy in life, sense of security, sense of self/confidence/presence, health, etc. and for each one, list what you have consciously achieved, and what that has imparted to you and how it has supported your spiritual awakening. Consider how free you feel within that area. Consider how external changes in that area might impact on your internal sense. If things external to use change how we feel inwardly, we are enmeshed. All enmeshment with what is outside of us sustains some level of mediocrity and binds us to the forces of mortality (rather Copyright 2013 Anita Lucia Briggs All Rights Reserved 14
than the forces of regeneration). This is fully discussed and elaborated in the Fear to Freedom, and Freedom to Ascension series of programs. If you do not feel that you have consciously achieved anything in an area or you feel bound to it...that it has power over you in some manner, then list what you feel about it (how it is hindering you, what you don t like, sense of entrapment, stuckness, sense of being stifled, misalignment, etc). Be willing to be honest, and deeper insights will come. Dig deep stir things up. You don t have to figure out the resolutions you just have to be willing to see clearly and accept where things are presently and you Higher Self will take care of the rest. Now ponder on what is stirring in you. You were attracted to this deeper work. so something deeper must be seeking to come through. What do you love? Where do you want your devotion to be? What ideals and values are you prepared to serve? If you are just feeling broken that you can t even sense ideals, whose help are you beseeching and what do you believe in? Get some sense of your most ardent desires and what you are devoted to. Whether transported by great ideals or drowning in overwhelm/pain and crying out for help pour your Heart out in this step. Meditation Steps: Choose an area to focus, and bring in what you uncovered from the contemplative work. Start with transforming the areas of greatest challenge. This exercise is worth doing even on the areas that may feel great. Rate the discomfort or emotional intensity around the area, if you wish, on a scale of 0..10 (10 is very intense; 0 is none at all). Feel into it deeply...feeling into all that you brought up from the contemplative step. You may do the self-directed meditation given below, or one of the first two audio meditations in this program to access new vibrational flows of consciousness. Sit comfortably with spine erect. Take a few cleansing breaths (deep slow breathing, hold for a moment, and then exhale, releasing all tension). Begin breathing through all the pores of your body, and feel yourself becoming your breath. As you have a good sense of breathing through the pores, become aware of your life all around you, and focus specifically on the area of focus. So you are breathing out what you are that is cause for this in your life, and then accepting what life is reflecting to you on the inhalation. Connect beliefs with outer life get a sense of the co-resonance between the two. Don t get bogged down with it observe, allow, accept. Now on a count of 3, give your breath the quality of light, such that you become a pulsation of light in and out. 1, 2, 3.Breathe the light, in and out. Allow this light to concentrate into a sphere in the Heart center, and see your Higher Self revealed as the presence of your life. So now you are exchanging light through all your pores with your Higher Self as a great Being of Light. Feel your Higher Self as a benevolent, compassionate, and supportive Presence. Feel the shared Heart space between you and your Higher Self. o Mentally put the area of life you are seeking acceptance and transformation for into this space. (If it s friendships, put all the people involved and all your frustrations and challenges, etc.) o And next, pour your Heart out with the pain or the ideals you connected to in the contemplation. And continue with the light breathing, going deeper within the center of your Heart on the inbreath willing to go deeper within into greater power and presence, and radiating that out into the space before you surrendering to the guidance and transformational flows of consciousness (light) from your Higher Self. o Do this for a few minutes, flowing light to the space, and taking in the transformational flows from your Higher Self, anchoring them in deeply within the center of your Heart. Do this until things feel shifted and you are at peace. o Now will yourself to become a concentrated sphere of light on a count of 3, allowing the body to dissolve completely. 1, 2, 3.Feel yourself merged with your Higher Self as One. Feel yourself expanding in the new potentials seeded within you, expanding the radiation of your sphere to fill out to your Higher Self stature. Do this by concentrating the light, intensifying the center on the inhalation, and allowing the radiation from center to expand on the exhalation. When you are ready to end, be in gratitude then open your eyes. Tune into the area again and rate the discomfort on a scale of 0..10 and notice what has shifted. You may have had some good insights into the situation or may have simply experienced things energetically (or both). It may be good to journal insights that you get so that you can contemplate them later. If you enjoyed the exercise, do it on another area of life. You are being vibrationally shifted each time. Meditation 3 ~ Held in the Womb of Creation (45:29) This meditation is focused on healing past scars and sense of being wounded and small, so that you can take up your rightful place as Child of Father and Mother God...as co-creator and agent of conscious evolution. The clearer that you are of distortions, the more of your true Self can become embodied, and the greater the spiritual power that you may wield in your embodiment. * * * * * You have chosen to make this journey into incarnation at this time in order to be part of the greatest transition in cosmic history. The rules of creation have changed dramatically. The reason the changes are imperceptible to most is that we are at the beginning of the major changes, and most people are operating under the old rules the mind can 'fabricate' its own illusion and have that persist as apparent reality. However, it can only do so for so long, until the momentum builds and the subtle changes are more clearly visible. At this momentous time, it has become possible to bring our higher dimensions of being right into embodiment this has never before been possible. But the body must be prepared to hold those much higher vibratory levels. And a prerequisite is that you know your place in creation...that you be fully present and open so that you may receive what needs to be anchored into this realm in order to support its transition to a higher order of life. You must open to receive from the infinite Source...receive greater powers and operate from deeper truth... All sense of smallness or undeservability must be dissolved. There is no time to play small or to hold back anymore. If you wish to be an agent of conscious evolution...if you wish to be part of the great awakening at this time, you will have to wield greater power and hold vision for the good of all. The time of growth through gradually moving through the lessons from the Fall is over, and it is now possible to embrace quantum shifts in awareness. You will be continually hindered if you carry around wounding from the stories through lifetimes. The planet has moved beyond the old karmic grid system and we must follow if we are to stay in sync with her vibratory level. Healing of old wounds will accelerate as you decide to move forward boldly and keep up with the evolutionary trend. If you are willing, you will be supported to incarnate ever more expansive solutions for this realm...ever greater power...you will be supported to deeper presence from your higher dimensions...but you must allow the distortions of the past to clear...and you must anchor firmly in this realm to be a force of change within it. The higher cosmic realms await consciousness to expand awareness within the depth of matter...they await this so that the great step of spiritualizing matter may take place. In you must unite Father and Mother...In the beginning Sky and Waters where separated...in you they will unite as One...beyond separation... It is time for incarnated souls to wake up to their power and transform matter so that spirit may incarnate within it. You can only do this if you leave all sense of smallness, lack, limitation, victimization, and separation behind...it is time to serve love...to serve Father and Mother God and allow them to birth this world anew...in you and through you. There are steps on this journey, certainly...and though you may not feel ready yet to participate in cocreation, you are working your way toward that. This meditation will support you to open up to the new potential. The meditation supports healing of the wounded inner child so that it may become the crystal child that can flow the higher vibrational light that is flooding the planet presently. This is done in the depth of the healing water of the Primordial Womb of the Great Mother of Creation. You are reborn as crystal Child of Father and Mother God that has never left the higher realms...allow yourself to integrate all experiences from the Fall...purified and illuminated...becoming powers of the Tree of Knowledge that are now being lifted through the power of life, love, and light from the Tree of Life. I am reborn as crystal child of Father and Mother God. The dream of separation has served, and it is time to draw from all those experiences the power to consciously move beyond duality. The greater the wounds, the greater the power needed to transmute and release, and this is how I evolve in courage and power to love and forgive. Healing of the inner child will cause you to be a more powerful presence, more effective at the game of life. Allow yourself to feel deeply cared for...deeply healed of all scars at all levels. As you do this, you allow the DNA to activate beyond strands of infinite wounding and genetics. As inner child heals, the Gut center activates and supports greater presence of the true Self in the body. As wounds clear, your connection to the Great Mother the voice of inner guidance becomes clear. Know that the Great Mother watches over you always. As you wake up now from the dream of separation through allowing the wounds to dissolve, you will know that you have never left the Womb...that the Kingdom and all that you have need of will materialize in measure as you know that its Source is within you. Great Mother knows of all that I have need, and She wishes for me to thrive and be joyful and fulfilled in this realm. The more that I breathe in pure creational energy through the silver umbilical cord, the more I can breathe out into the universe and create wondrous manifestations for all. Talk to the Great Mother of your insecurities and challenges...she will listen and soothe you. Draw from her nurturance...she will help you remember who you are... The eternal ocean of the Mother intelligence speaks to me through my gut feeling. As I commune with the Mother in my gut center, She flows her soothing healing energies to me. As the scars and wounds are healed, I hear and trust the bursts of feelings, knowings and impressions from the Mother. The Mother is lavish in her love and blessings to me. Oh Great Mother of all the created universe, I ask for renewed strength, life force energy, and support beyond what I know to ask for, that I may meet with my highest destiny and fulfil the dreams of the Father. And the clearer you are, the more of your higher dimensions can become embodied and the more power you will wield in life...the more your presence will be felt across the land...the more will be mobilized to your assistance. Allow this process to unfold now. The only true security is my connection to the Mother within. My embryonic pure core diamond self is within me as a constant reminder of who I am. Feel the umbilical cord to the Mother as Source of all your energy needs, and express your gratefulness for life and for Her continual and abundant support and nurturing energies. Express gratefulness that you can count on Her support as you merge with divine Will and enter into a symbiotic and synergistic relationship with creation. Feel excitement to be able to wield unlimited creative power in this realm. Now feel that by your gratefulness and excitement you are creating a vortex at that center, from which you attract all that you have need of. Gratefulness is the expansive attitude that expands your world it is a vital orientation to cultivate in life. Never focus on what contracts your energy, but only on what feels expansive to you. Not that you avoid looking at what is there, but rather that you look through it, to a deeper level of reality that leads to expanded being. My Gut is a highly vital and responsive center,eager to increase life and expand creation in sync with the Will and for the glory of God. I am attuned to my inner guidance system, and sense the illuminated paths of greatest evolution before me. Supported by the Great Mother, I arise as god essence All that I have need of is manifesting in my life now as the Universe bows before the crystal Child of the Great Mother of Creation. Like a great Sun, I radiate resolution in the world. Chaos is neutralized in my presence. Repeat the meditation until you have moved through the emotionality of releasing the old scars and can bask in the new energies of feeling profoundly loved and cherished. Meditation 4 ~ Accessing Higher Ideas and Resolutions in Manifestation (41:14) In this meditation, we open up our creational efforts to assistance from spiritual beings. The process will take you deeply into releasing all sense of limitation in consciousness and in body. Limitation embodied makes this un-reality seem so persistently real. When the body remembers itself as consort to spirit, consciousness will make leaps and bounds. After this, you will bring your manifestation ideas into each of the three trinity centers of Head, Heart, and Gut, allowing them to be augmented in light, love and life force, and fully aligned with the highest that you embody. The Divine Mind has infinite Ideas and each bears the quality of infinity and genius each is a portal to deeper mystery, greater power, and ever deeper expression of the divine in form. These have been downstepped from the loftiest heights of the Godhead levels all the way down to the inner planes of our dimensional realm. In Gnosis and the Law, we are told that this vibrational level is teeming with grand ideas that are ready to be brought into this world by incarnated beings who may access and resonate with them in consciousness. The urgency for us to tap into these higher level ideas is great. It will not fall into our lap, however. Striving, desire to serve, and commitment and boldness to act upon the hunches and whispers within are necessary. And one way to interact with the angelic custodians of this realm is to bring all of our creational ideas and projects to them. In this meditation, you do this through engaging all three levels of divine intelligence. Any truth revealed to man is a portal to deeper still. This world and its mysteries are unknowable in entirety, because it expresses its Creator that is infinite. There are always deeper levels of reality to be uncovered, and at each level, what appeared so real before is transformed in some manner. Moreover, the more that we expand in consciousness, the more creation expands. Creation is ever new and that ever new becomes manifested according to the consciousness to behold it. Potential remains latent until it is brought into formation in some manner, and when it is, the one who brings it forth is expanded in consciousness. All ideas worthy of being given the substance of form change those who make themselves worthy to carry out the sacred task. As we behold life from the 'racing edge' of creation, creation expands and so does the beholder. Science will never have the ultimate answers it seeks, because it seeks the knowable rather than the unknowable. But dancing with the racing edge into the unknown is how you will engage your god essence. The worst thing that we can do to ourselves is to live in limitation. In limitation we take the vast ocean that is ever moving and we try to capture a part of it in a bucket. We live in a bucket, convincing ourselves we are in the ocean. We define God, we conceptualize infinity, and we examine the properties of sea water ad the walls of the material of the bucket and believe we have conquered the mystery of life. Our world has gone as far as it can in limitation, and we have polluted the water in the bucket...the bucket walls are disintegrating because all has been learned from this experience that can be learned. We are called to move back into the ocean and merge into moving waters...experience the deep currents and all the wonders of its vast infinite depths. We are called now to merge back to Oneness and infinite potential, from a clear and poignant realization of what has not worked. The last thing the world needs at present is another manifestation from finiteness that does not yield self-discovery but just moves effects around in the world. What it does need are human vessels through which infinite potentials may become manifested...so that those human vessels discover their god nature. What you create in life does not have to be a novel or mind-boggling idea it simply needs to have the potential to expand you...to deepen your self-discovery and emergence of your creator levels of being. This vibrational realm is mostly made up of 'Void' empty space or rather pure potential. Your atoms are 99.999% space within, and between atoms is space. You are also an energetic being, but that too is another level of rules that are not the highest truth. The truth is that matter is light slowed down in vibration. But it can operate as light if sped up in vibratory rate. Light is consciousness. Consciousness is what you are. And the nature of your consciousness is radiance...radiance is a quality of truth. Truth sets you free because it expands consciousness beyond the bounds that it knows. Matter only appears so structured because it is enmeshed with limitations and boundaries created by the mind and conditioned by other people s thoughts and perceptions. If we all agree on something, it will appear so until we change our mind. The mind is the door to new perception. The mind stuck in a groove will seek answers externally..seek proof that it is right...whereas new perception can only come from deeper awareness within..it seeks to move beyond itself. Perception must be ever new otherwise we enter into stagnation. In stagnation we fall out of the flow of life and into the degenerative energies of mortality. * * * * * In this meditation, you will first release all tension from the body so that you feel boundless in body pure being and awareness. In boundlessness you are open to the infinite flow of spirit, which includes healing light as well as creational inspiration. You can only be deeply entered into by spirit (inspirited...inspired) when you are surrendered and in stillness...at peace. You will be led to deep relaxation, and the trypnaural deep theta body and mind relaxation audio will support you to this. Please intend to remain awake. One way to stay awake in deep relaxation is to heighten body awareness whenever you feel you are drifting off. You are then led to release all 'tension' from your creational/manifestation ideas so that they are without 'edges' of limitation or agenda. In this manner, they become a vessel for divine Ideas that are already well formed on the inner planes. These are the 'low hanging fruit' that await embodied consciousness to bring them forth. The low hanging fruit are those manifestations that will lead you to your next step of self-discovery, which will also support collective awakening. Everything worth creating enters into eternal creation...it has value to the whole. You are not here to fend for yourself, establish a niche, or to dream from a limited small self. If you feel drawn to being consciously part of the great evolutionary transition at this momentous time, you must strive to know yourself as god essence and begin operating without limitation, completely outside of consensus reality, fear, and attachment. You are the one who is dreamed and the dreamer. You are the one who seeks for answers and the one who made up the game of the search. You are the primordial all-knowing...that can have an ever new perspective from the eyes of the child. You forget so that you remember as wondrous discovery. Trigger Affirmations I dwell within all things and all things dwell within me. As I embrace the world, I embrace myself. The one who longs to love is already the lover... I gaze into the starry sky and behold my own beauty. I am the Infinite Oneness. God awakening in me is God awakening to Itself on the racing edge of creation. I seek to be what I already am. I seek to create what is already there, yet is ever new for me.
