ONE PRIORITY love god... with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. FALL AUGUST ANCHORS AWAY GOD S WAY IS PERFECT. I think we would all agree that going God s way is best, but when things get hard, it s not so easy, as we will see with Jonah, Naaman, Josiah, and Gideon. When we know how much God loves us, we can go His way no matter how hard it is. God s way is perfect. WEEK ONE: Jonah* Jonah 1:1 3:10 WEEK TWO: Naaman 2 Kings 5:1-14 BOTTOM LINE: GOD S WAY IS PERFECT. God s way is perfect. 2 Samuel 22:31, NIrV WEEK THREE: Josiah (Young King) 2 Chronicles 34 WEEK FOUR: Gideon s Army Judges 7:1-8 SEPTEMBER COLORIFIC GOD KEEPS HIS PROMISES. Promises are easy to make and hard to keep, but not for God. God always keeps His promises. Through the stories of Moses, Abraham, and Noah, we will learn even when we have to wait, God keeps His promises and they are awesome! When we are in the midst of fear and seemingly impossible circumstances, God is there with us. There s nothing too big or too little for Him. WINTER NOVEMBER HAPPY HELPERS CLUB I AM THANKFUL FOR PEOPLE WHO HELP ME. When we take time to look around, we will see lots and lots of people who help us. In fact, the world is full of helpers! People like Tabitha and Nehemiah show us that both being a helper and being thankful for them make the world a better place. WEEK ONE: Tabitha Acts 9:36-39 WEEK TWO: Nehemiah Builds a Wall Nehemiah 1 6 BOTTOM LINE: I AM THANKFUL FOR PEOPLE WHO HELP ME. Always give thanks to God. Ephesians 5:20, NCV WEEK THREE: Good Samaritan* Luke 10:25-37 WEEK FOUR: Elijah and the Widow 1 Kings 17:7-16 DECEMBER BIRTHDAY BASH JESUS IS GOD S SON. Jesus is special because Jesus is God s Son. Christmas is special because that is when we celebrate God giving us Jesus to be our friend forever. It s a wonderful time to say, Happy birthday, Jesus! and celebrate all that God has done for us. JANUARY WEEK ONE: The Angel and Mary Luke 1:26-33, 38, 46 WEEK TWO: Jesus Born in a Stable* Luke 2:1-7 WEEK THREE: Shepherds Luke 2:6-18 THE MARKET WEEK FOUR: Happy Birthday Jesus! Retell the Entire Christmas Story WEEK FIVE: Wise Men Matthew 2:1-2, 9-11 BOTTOM LINE: JESUS IS GOD S SON. God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son. John 3:16, GNT I NEED JESUS. God made us able to do many things. However, we often find ourselves needing help. Just as Jesus was there to heal the sick and calm the storm for the disciples, He is here to help us when we say, I need Jesus. WEEK ONE: The Four Friends Mark 2:1-12 WEEK TWO: Healing the Deaf Man Mark 7:32-37 BOTTOM LINE: I NEED JESUS. You are everything I need. SPRING FEBRUARY LOVE BUGS JESUS LOVES ME. Knowing Jesus loves us and wants to be our friend forever changes everything. God gave us a forever friend that wants to spend time with us and help us. Jesus loves us no matter what. WEEK ONE: Jesus and the Children* Luke 18:15-16 WEEK TWO: Mary and Martha Luke 10:38-42 WEEK THREE: The Centurion Matthew 8:5-13 WEEK FOUR: The Thankful Woman Luke 7:36-50 BOTTOM LINE: JESUS LOVES ME. How wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ. Ephesians 3:18, NIV MARCH MADE GOD MADE ME. We are made in God s image, which makes all of us pretty awesome. God knows everything about us, from the exact number of hairs on our head to our unique talents and personalities. God put so much love into making each individual person, so we should value others as much as we value ourselves. APRIL WEEK ONE: Wonderfully Made* Psalm 139:14 WEEK TWO: Made in God s Image Acts 17:24; Psalm 46:1; Proverbs 2:6 WEEK THREE: You Are Worth More Luke 12:7 PACK A PICNIC WEEK FOUR: Respect Myself 1 Corinthians 6:19-20; 16:13-14 WEEK FIVE: Respect Others Matthew 7:12 BOTTOM LINE: GOD MADE ME. I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Psalm 139:14, NIV JESUS IS MY FRIEND. There is no greater friend than one who sacrifices his life for another. Jesus did just that. He died and came back to life so we can be with God forever. It is the most incredible thing that has ever happened. God gave us Jesus. He is alive, and He wants to be our friend forever. He s the one who will never leave us, never forsake us, and never stop loving us. WEEK ONE: Washing Feet John 13:3-17 WEEK TWO: Palm Sunday Matthew 21:1-16 BOTTOM LINE: JESUS IS MY FRIEND. A friend loves at all times. Proverbs 17:17, NIrV WEEK THREE: Easter* Matthew 26:20-30; 27:45-50; 28:1-7 WEEK FOUR: Breakfast with Jesus John 21:1-14 5

SUMMER MAY HOP TO IT GOD HELPS ME DO BIG THINGS. God helps us do things we would never think possible things we can t even imagine ourselves doing. It can be facing giants like David and forgiving someone who hurt us. Or it can be helping others like Aaron helped Moses and digging wells in a foreign land. When we trust God to help us, we can do all the big things God made us to do. WEEK ONE: Solomon at the Temple 1 Kings 6 WEEK THREE: Aaron Helps Moses* Exodus 17:8-13 WEEK TWO: Joshua Leads the People Joshua 1:1-9 WEEK FOUR: David and Goliath 1 Samuel 17:1-50 BOTTOM LINE: GOD HELPS ME DO BIG THINGS. We have the LORD our God to help us. 2 Chronicles 32:8, NLT JUNE The power to love all people, have joy and peace in hard times, and be patient and kind with difficult people and circumstances is available to everyone through Jesus. When we are connected to Jesus, He truly does give us the power to do everything God wants us to do. POWER UP WEEK ONE: Love* 1 Corinthians; John 3:16; John 13:34, 15:12 WEEK TWO: Paul and Silas in Prison Acts 16:16-34 WEEK THREE: Birds and Flowers John 14:27; Matthew 6: 25-34 JESUS GIVES ME THE POWER TO DO EVERYTHING. WEEK FOUR: Simeon at the Temple Luke 2:22-39 WEEK FIVE: Good Samaritan Luke 10:25-37 BOTTOM LINE: JESUS GIVES ME THE POWER TO DO EVERYTHING. I can do everything by the power of Christ. Philippians 4:13, NIrV JULY POWER UP JESUS GIVES ME THE POWER TO LOVE OTHERS. When we choose to follow Jesus, He gives us the power to love others the same way He loves them. That kind of love looks like showing goodness to all people, being faithful, choosing to be gentle with our words and actions, and demonstrating self-control. And that kind of love has the power to change the world.
