If you ve been coming to Mass for a while, but are not Catholic, we invite you to look deeper into the Catholic faith. Or if you have been baptized but not confirmed, you, too, are invited. Come meet some faithful Catholics who love the Lord and would consider it a privilege to get to know you. Our parish will soon begin a set of sessions to share with others the truths of the Catholic faith and the fellowship of our church family. We invite you to learn what Catholics believe in an open and welcoming environment. These sessions also are opportunities for you to ask those perplexing and difficult questions you may have about the Church. Sessions are held on Sunday mornings at 8:30. To help make Baptism a truly meaningful ceremony, parents are asked to attend a Baptismal Preparation Class. This can be done before the birth of the baby. It is important for parents to understand the Sacrament, the ceremony, and the responsibilities that follow. The next Baptismal Prep Session will be August 6th at 7:00 p.m. in the Lourdes Room. To register for the class or to schedule a Baptism, call the Parish Office at 419-865-2345. All parents must take a class before their child is baptized. Registered couples receive a commemorative certificate and are invited to a reception following Mass. Part Time Food Service at NDA Looking for a part time job? AVI, the food service provider for Notre Dame Academy, is looking for someone to fill a part time position. Hours would be approximately 10:45am-2:30pm. No experience is necessary. Job duties would include minor food prep, serving food, and clean up. Most weekends, holidays, and summers off. Please contact Resident Director Susan Kosek at 419-725-1281 if interested.
